1 /5 GardenGirl: Ive tried them for the past 3 years for automotive maintenance and repair needs. Initially, they talked a good talk and I felt I could trust them. But Ive reported leaks to them that they claimed to check and found nothing... theyve basically gaslighting me. There were a few occasions I could tell they forgot but then tried to sound like they did check and found nothing. And, other things theyve been paid to repair have been found to still have issues a few months later. Then theres the steep cost inflation. My oil change in 2023 was $53 and the same oil change in 2025 was $86! And, when Ive had my oil changed, they fail to follow their own checklist of services included with the oil change - simple things like resetting the oil change alarm. They always seem rushed to get you checked out even though youve been waiting patiently in their lobby for the service... almost like they dont want to give you a change to ask questions or review your charges at checkout. I think they are fine "sales" people but they fall very short of providing quality service and quality repairs. I tried to give them a chance... but too many mistakes and too many times of ignoring issues Ive brought to their attention instead of addressing them or finding the real cause have caused me to not want to return.
