All services are fair priced and done right. No pressure tactics or up selling. My family has been in the auto/RV service and sales business (in AZ) for over 35 yrs and I trust East Bay Auto just as I do the family business back home.

Bob Nichols Stopped in couple weeks ago with a slow leak. Second car in line, was out it 20 minutes. Went back had my brakes done. I bought the parts they installed. In and out in less than an hour. Only four stars for now, I think I found a good mechanic! Also the owner has a great attitude!

Josh Boyd Needed a used tire 20 minutes before they closed. Not even a hesitation. They showed me what they had, pulled the truck around and was out at closing time. Would recommend.

Donna Kelley He is such a nice man,his specialty is older vehicles,and he takes care as if it was his,he also built drag cars and is mechanic for a racecar that he sponsers.And you can see the racecar at Southern Raceway off of 87s and Hickory Hammock Road or just Google it.

Ms Cookie Quick, service and Robert was VERY helpful as our truck started overheating, and my wife is in the middle of daily radiation treatments,he took my truck in with no problem and we got it back the next DAY! THANK YOU ROBERT, for your care and understanding! We will be back!

Keith Taylor Honest and integrity is what you get at Mac’s my wife and I was relocating down here and had a Code pop up on the truck. I had a friend read it and it said low fuel pressure and he went ahead and deleted it then I got worried that maybe the truck wouldn’t make it back up to Ohio so I called around to get a ballpark figure on what it would cost to fix it. Two shops want me to drop it off and let them take a look at it before they would even give me a cost so I Called Mac’s The lady on the phone was nice and professional, and she gave me a ballpark figure on what it could be, but also told me that if it contaminated the fuel system that they could not do it because they only had one technician there so I dropped the truck off couple days later they called me back to come and pick it up because they couldn’t find anything wrong with it that is being honest they could’ve charged me thousands of dollars and did not instead they charge me their diagnostic fee. I am so happy that I found an honest and reliable shop so if you want honesty quality workmanship, And fair pricing you need to go to Mac’s thank you Keith

Jason Mack Howard did a fantastic job. My starter decided to go out on our Christmas vacation. We called on Sunday, he came by and checked it. Picked up parts and had it done by lunch Monday. The price for his service was great! I would recommend him everyday of the week twice on Sunday!

emanuel logan Fantastic 24/7 service. I called in at about 11pm and he was working on my truck within 20 minutes. Even gave me rides to and from my hotel since my truck was broke down and had to sleep elsewhere. The prices were also very fair.
