That was not a problem. They fixed my heat shield and my air conditioning, also put on new windshield wipers. The total price was very reasonable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. This will definitely be my forever autoshop.

Warren Acker: Tried to schedule an appointment online but never received a response. Called several times to schedule an appointment over the phone before finally getting through. Was told to bring car in at 8am when they open for an oil change which would take 30 min to 1 hour. Arrived early and was told I would need to leave the car or wait for several hours. Don’t waste your time with this shop. They may do a great job, but you’ll end up waiting and wasting your time.

Went in for an oil change, to have hood prop-up rod replaced or repaired, have non-spraying washer fluid problem fixed, and to have tail light replaced that was out. Empire addressed everything needed in a timely fashion while I waited. In addition, they let me know that my wiper blades were worn out, so I had them replaced as well.
