5 /5 Mattie Pickard: Very knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. Way cheaper than the big name vets in Miami!! The facility was clean, the staff were kind. The doctor was able to answer all of my questions and give me advice on what to do with my dog. They did not push for any unnecessary treatments or operations. Just kept it factual and honest, which is what we all need. 10/10. They will make you pay $65 prior to your appointment but that amount goes towards your bill at the end so it’s fine.

1 /5 Ryan Russell: The doctor tried to pressure me Into a surgery for my frenchies knee on the first visit with X-rays and I am a doctor and took my dog to another vet and did X-rays myself and it was just a tiny sprain. Watch out for these people they will mess your animal up and cost you thousands.. As to the reply it is definitely incorrect and for someone who isn’t a doctor like myself or isn’t already informed I call bs. Always go and get second opinions as not all offices or VETS are created equal and this one was much too aggressive. You can inform your clients about a potential issue or what is common and do the least invasive treatment and then see if the animal gets better versus just stating that my dog upon just a physical examination was going to need knee surgery and if not given would have a low quality of life and develop arthritis etc.. there is much better ways to INFORM AND EDUCATE a person than using scare tactics to harm a dog and rip clients off.

Christine Dolgin, APRN - Miami Beach Anel Zavala: This review today is regarding a recent visit on Miami Beach Pediatric Associate with Dr. Christine Dolgin. I called in advanced about my newborn having a hair on her eye which I was afraid to remove. I was asked to go in for a visit which to have it checked and have the hair removed. Upon arrival, a 2 hours wait and paying for the visit, the doctor immediately refused to touch her eye, and referred me with a specialists. It felt like I was just brought in for the copay. After this very disappointing and pointless visit, I wanted to make the best use of the appointment and shared that my baby was having colics, and shared an over the counter medicine I was planing on using. I requested her feedback and directions on how to best use it and she ask me to read the instructions of the box. Not the kind of visit I needed, anyway. Not recommended at all. Terrible experience.

Perlman Varisa B MD - Miami Beach Elizabeth Heise: That one star review was my son Jackson. Because he has had issues go unresolved by other practitioners, he was in no mood for yet another doctor’s appointment. I, on the other hand, LOVE Dr. Perlman and found her to be a very engaged and thoughtful professional. It’s too early to tell, but I have a feeling she has resolved a years long health problem for my son. We are going back to her so I am counting on him coming around!

Depoo Hospital - Zoe Hawkins-Wells: A family member was in there recently and it is PURE HELL. Its hard to imagine theyre trying to help given the prison like set up they have. It strips you of your humanity. There was no toilet paper, no towels, no blankets. He suffered horribly. Freezing, horrible food, nothing to wipe yourself. Avoid at all costs.

Lower Keys Medical Center - Key West Crystal Klaproth: Andrea and Sophia in L&D and postpartum were amazing! Andrea rushed to get me all checked in ASAP so she could get my epidural going as quickly as possible since my labor was advancing rapidly. She was very knowledgeable and kind and relaxed. Sophia helped us in postpartum recovery and was very kind as well and informative. All the nursing staff gave me confidence in our care while also giving us time to rest. Thank you all for a great experience

Surgery Center of Key West, LLC - Key West Amanda Lopez: Its funny how you treat locals or customers for that matter, your front staff called my daughter badgering her because she wouldnt change her appointment time that was already established for Personal reasons, and just now the manager called my daughter to yell at her to take down her review or she would be cancelling her appointment. As someone who has worked in a surgery center this type of treatment is egregious and disgusting please do better with your patients and members of this community, someone at management level should be better understanding at customer service and patient need. Thankfully the doctors treating her are amazing but should take note how this type of treatment reflects on their business, Hopefully the future of this center will be better staffed with quality management in the future.

Mount Sinai Primary Care and Diagnostic Center Key West - Key West Courtney McMurray: One of the best experiences I have had. I was in and out in no time and the staff was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Thank goodness we have this type of care on our tiny island!!
