2 /5 Ariel Heart: This was my favorite spot when I lived a couple of minutes away in Kissimmee. Its been about a year and a half since Ive been back and was hoping to have the same person do my nails as before but I dont believe she works there anymore.
Since she wasnt there I was just going to get a pedicure but since they werent busy I opted to get a new set as well.
The pedicure was lackluster. The water was lukewarm at the beginning and was ice cold by the end of the service. I didnt notice immediately but The polish on one of my toes crinkled for some reason. Its not that huge of a deal and can easily be fixed but it just adds to the frustration of the rest of the service..
After I was offered a water at the very end of my pedicure, I was taken over to one of the nail techs. That nail tech obviously wasnt able to do my nails so I was shuffled to another. After explaining what I wanted the tech started on my nails. The overall service took about two and a half hours in addition to the 40 minutes that I was sitting for my pedicure.
Although its longer than Ive sat for most of my services, I was okay with it because it looked as though I received what I asked for.
Once I got home I did a closer inspection of my nails. The tech left jagged pieces of acrylic on the underside that Ive had to file down. The bottom of my nails is not smooth.. meaning that she didnt clean up the underside well. I have two different nails that are lopsided. The same two that are lopsided are also starting to pull up at the cuticle.
After spending nearly $100 on my set alone Im extremely upset with the quality of work. I drove to this location specifically because of the quality of work that Ive had in the past but will not be returning.
