Jemima Cruz I went in 2 hours before they were to close so I dont think rushing was the reason for this disaster. The tech Tuan was quiet and nice but his work was mediocre at best and he made several of my fingers bleed. My left hand ring finger was the worse. It wouldnt stop bleeding and he kept dabbing at it with a cotton ball but it just kept leaking. My finger is swollen and black and blue. I got my nails done for a special weekend and instead spent it hiding my nail and winching in pain every time I touched something. I paid $30 for a very painful experience and recieved no apology at all.

what up First time going to this place. I requested dip powder nails. I also asked to keep the same shape but shorter length. Had to wait 40 minutes to be seen (without appt). First lady took off color and had me soak in alcohol. Second lady filed my nails and then a third lady did the color and shape. I told her multiple times I wanted my nails short. She disregarded me and even applied top coat. After telling her that is not what I wanted, she proceeded to make it shorter by changing the shape. Additionally during the dip process she had me put my nails under the UV light. The whole purpose of dip is to not use UV light. As I am typing, my thumb nail is already peeling the top layer. Price was average. As someone who takes pride in her nails and knows, would not recommend unless your okay with subpar work. Will not go back to fix. Will just do it myself.

Istamova Sevda Kristina is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for a long time, and she always does a fantastic job. She really listens to what I want and makes sure everything is perfect. If there’s ever anything I’m unsure about, she’s always patient and willing to fix it until I’m completely happy. On top of that, she’s such a lovely person to talk to so friendly and easy to communicate with. I always leave feeling like I got exactly what I wanted and that my money was well spent. Highly recommend her!

Conqueror Lauture Christina did an amazing job with my Russian manicure. I never had long nail beds before, but with her expertise, my nails look fabulous. This pic is 3 weeks later, my nails still look clean and fabulous. This technique is better than acrylic. I really love my nails now.

MayaNicole Carpenter This was my first time visiting this salon, and unfortunately I did not receive the service that I desired. It is not my normal nail salon, but I was experiencing an emergency, and knew I would not be able to use my usual service. Typically, when I mention a gel manicure, I do not have to explain what I am saying. However, after explaining, the nail artist still did not understand what I was saying. Normally, my nail artist applies more than one coat of gel base to my nails to ensure security. However, when I inquired about this at Nails by Coco, she stated that I did not require this service. After two days, one of my nails broke off. These are my natural nails. Despite the fact that the nail artist painted my nails nicely, she did not provide the service I requested. It is imperative that the salons services are explained in the salon to ensure that questions can be answered appropriately.

Maria Lameda I do not recommend this place at all, I asked them to remove the acrylic that I had that someone else had done for me and they didnt do it, the girl did whatever she wanted on top of that acrylic (I dont remember her name) and they charged me $70 just for that, now I came and got my nails done by the person who always does them for me and my nails are yellow and have air inside, they will have to cut them because it almost gave me fungus, really super disappointed, dont go to this place! They say they have been doing their job for more than 10 years, and Im sorry but it doesnt seem like it.

From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. She made sure to check in with me after each step, asking if I was happy with the design before curing, which I really appreciated. Amanda Baysarowich The technicians at Lee Nail Spa were highly skilled and attentive to detail. They listened to our preferences and made sure to customize the services to our liking. The salon had a wide range of nail polish colors to choose from, and the equipment and tools they used were clean and well-maintained. They paid close attention to my 8 year old daughter with me as well! Which was amazing ! Their menu pedicure service is AMAZING!!!! The atmosphere at Lee Nail Spa was relaxing, modern, beautiful and comfortable, making our visit a truly enjoyable experience. The prices were reasonable as well! we felt that we got great value for our money. Overall, we had a fantastic first visit to Lee Nail Spa and will definitely be returning for all our future nail care needs!!

Ymaday Marichal I’ve been coming to this location for about 6 months. Jenny goes above and beyond. She remembers you, and makes sure you are well taken care of. Dasoul Snatcha If I could give no stars I would I went to this place because of 5 star reviews and Im not sure how because I just left that place and the nail tech did not speak English she put my nails crooked had to remove them to top it off she did not buff my nails properly so when she did the polish they were lumpy I had to sit there while she removed the polish Look overall I left out of there beyond livid I do not recommend this place . It was not a good expirience

LYVICK PEREZ Nice, clean, nail salon, the nail techs are friendly, kind and professional . We were able to walk in without an appointment which was a relief. They did a really nice job on our nails (3 of us), good timing and competitive prices. Will be back.

Ariel Heart This was my favorite spot when I lived a couple of minutes away in Kissimmee. Its been about a year and a half since Ive been back and was hoping to have the same person do my nails as before but I dont believe she works there anymore. Since she wasnt there I was just going to get a pedicure but since they werent busy I opted to get a new set as well. The pedicure was lackluster. The water was lukewarm at the beginning and was ice cold by the end of the service. I didnt notice immediately but The polish on one of my toes crinkled for some reason. Its not that huge of a deal and can easily be fixed but it just adds to the frustration of the rest of the service.. After I was offered a water at the very end of my pedicure, I was taken over to one of the nail techs. That nail tech obviously wasnt able to do my nails so I was shuffled to another. After explaining what I wanted the tech started on my nails. The overall service took about two and a half hours in addition to the 40 minutes that I was sitting for my pedicure. Although its longer than Ive sat for most of my services, I was okay with it because it looked as though I received what I asked for. Once I got home I did a closer inspection of my nails. The tech left jagged pieces of acrylic on the underside that Ive had to file down. The bottom of my nails is not smooth.. meaning that she didnt clean up the underside well. I have two different nails that are lopsided. The same two that are lopsided are also starting to pull up at the cuticle. After spending nearly $100 on my set alone Im extremely upset with the quality of work. I drove to this location specifically because of the quality of work that Ive had in the past but will not be returning.

Chloe P I could have cried. Going to a college graduation in 2 days. Nail tech said she didn’t see what I was talking about. The nails are a wreck. I never signed up to be a experiment and be her first French tip client. This was not the time nor place for that. Went here because it’s local and dubbed my normal nail salon. She forced me to pay $45 and when begging, they offered me to pay $40 instead. Please run. I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau.

Denisha Rodriguez I dont understand the bad reviews or what people do with their nails once they leave but I have never once had a bad experience. My nails always last 2+ months. Price is reasonable and place is friendly and clean.

Majo Ferrer I would not recommend this place.. I was refered by a co worker. I went there couple of times but always having the issue that they don’t understand good what I wanted… always said very short nails because they grows very fast, and not always they leave the nails SHORT and in very good condition but this last time was the worst, I cant see the difference between the nail cuticle and the polish. They left the entire edge of the nails covered in gel polish which Im guessing will peel off at any moment. They charge me more expensive than in other places where I have had them done and they are not detail-oriented when leaving the nails in good condition. Besides, if you tell them something the way you want it or you want to make sure they do it, they get upset because they are told something and they have to listen to the client, not do what they want whit my nails and they do not understand good… so I am right now with not cuticle in my nails just see gel polish covering them.. terrible

R Brant Update: Owner posted saying she wanted to know my story. Um, it is all here and not going to change. Took a week to heal and by then the thin coat of color is looking very worn. Original review: In awful pain since going here yesterday for a pedicure. Went with my daughter and daughter-in-law. They had a good experience with a male tech (who did my daughters) and a nice lady from Pueto Rico (did my DILs), but the lady who did mine aggressively trimmed my big toe cuticles in a way I have never seen before any time that I have had a pedicure. I have had them scrape and trim put never pull off sections of skin like this woman did. When she did The right one, it surprised me and I cringed a bit. She asked if I was okay, but then she did it more deeply to the left. There was a tiny trace of blood on the right toe, and but the left was more obvious. I told myself she knew what she was doing and the water felt so nice and soothed the pain. But I had a pedicure a few months ago and there was nothing like this! I really think she was just hurrying. By the time I left, my big toes felt hot, but they looked nice to me without my reading glasses. When I got home, I realized that the left side of my left big nail edge had a fairly obvious section of missing paint. And the tip on the right also had a tiny missing bit on the tip, and the paint seemes uneven on both big toes like they have more paint on some sections. I only saw her do one coat of the color which is weird because normally it is two or three. I figure no one but me would notice, but to pay 50 bucks plus a 20% tip for an inferior job is not cool. Still, if that was the only issue I wouldnt be writing this. At two AM this morning I was still wide awake with both toes throbbing but especially the left. Today it is swollen and looks like there is pus. And to think I paid for this abuse! I dont know the workers name but she is from Vietnam. So if you go to this place, which we will not again, and which I dont recommend, ask for the male worker or the other lady to protect yourself. Instead of having pretty toes, I have pain, antibiotic cream, and bandages. The right is feeling almost normal but the left aches constantly and every step hurts. I should have listened to the reviews and chosen another place, but I have had many pedicures and it didnt seem like something you could get hurt by. This is NOT NORMAL. Still giving two stars because my daughters pedicures were fine. But otherwise, I would give zero for the week of healing I now have to endure.

I refuse to see anyone else as every time i get my brows done from her I leave happy! She has wonderful customer service and affordable prices. Highly recommend visiting Kim for your brow services!

ProudToBeCoda I respect all type of business and there prices. I was looking around for a good nail salon seen there pictures and I liked what I saw but didn’t get what I saw. very friendly and nice people but the service for my nails was very low quality, judge for yourself, I got them done today 12/29 and paid $55 plus tip. I don’t post this review in a negative way nether to bash the business but this was kind of upsetting for me. This is not a fake post, I’m the lady that left her credit card today.

J Z I was vacationing and stopped by for a long overdue mani/pedi. I was seen immediately at around 1pm on a Monday. Daisy did a great job. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed. The pedicure was very relaxing, and it was my first time with a hot stone massage. I wanted a Christmas color on my nails and she picked spot on.

I got a basic color dip powder on my natural nails. They did an amazing job!! It has now been almost 5 weeks and they have lasted perfectly! No chipping, breaking, etc. they are just growing out. I wish i had a place like this close to my hometown!! Very highly recommend!!! Thank you so much!!!

Keelin Jakel This place is AMAZING! make sure you book online. I’ve seen reviews where people complain about how rushed it is. Every nail place rushes to get ad many clients as possible but if you go early and book it usually works out. My nail tech was Tim. Not only was he nice, but he also made sure my nails looked the way I wanted every step of the way. He was very quick, took less than an hour for my set. Granted I had no polish. He made sure I absolutely loved them before I left! The price was not bad either. Thank you Tim!!!! These nails are very princess fairy vibes. ETHERAL!

Azaii We went in for a manicure and left with a pink and white dipping powder manicure and gel polish on toes. There was a bit of a wait even though the salon was almost empty as only the owner could do the dipping powder. He was conversational and the person who did the gel polish asked whether we were satisfied throughout the process. The manicure has held up nicely and looks great. The glittery white powder is *very* subtle. Overall, a nice job. Notably, they stand by their work and let you know to come back to fix any issues at no cost.

Jessika Lapointe Trustworthy. We were staying at a hotel nearby and I went in to get my acrylic nails redone. The service was impeccable and nails as good as my salon back home in Montreal. Got the color white which is hard to do and it was perfect. I added mickey mouse stickers myself as we are visiting Disney world :) Dont hesitate to go in.

Anginette Tolentino Speechless! I was recommended to come here but it was unfortunate due to the fact that I wasn’t demonstrated, any professionalism or care. I wasn’t happy with the service I received. I verbally stated it too. I wasn’t happy because, I specifically told the nail tech to stop cutting my nails since after all the entire perhaps of me having placed acrylic was for for extra length, and still she continues to file them, they’re so short that it looks bulky and stub like. They’re uneven, every nail of mine are uneven in length and are too thick. She was careless because she was so quick in doing my nails, she was definitely rushing to finish. They hurt, and I’m concerned if it’s my nail or cuticle, or maybe both. She didn’t have me wash my hands, so when she placed the lotion on my hands at the end of everything, it felt grainy, again careless. My hands were dirty with the powder and glue from the filing, but she was rushing so she missed a lot of steps. I figured I might as well write this review since the care and job I received was unprofessional and they were more concerned with taking my sisters money than my satisfaction as a customer. I also mentioned to the nail tech to at least place a design over the nail to fix the look-since they look disgusting but she said it would be extra for design. I was speechless. I JUST PAID HER FOR DESIGN to be placed, on my nails. Why would I pay extra, For the same design? Anywho, here- I guess you pay $5 extra for only two nails to have a design. I felt uncared for here, they do what they want to your nail. I suggest you go to another place. The parking here is also very disorganized, high flow of traffic. I only gave this place one star because they had service brought to them, my sister and I received more than one service and they didn’t acknowledge that we weren’t happy. They rather rush into having more of a quantity of people then the quality of care they were giving their clients.

Finding a nail tech that’s so good with detail is extremely hard especially considering the fact that I had a bad cuticle reaction with a previous nail tech and Christel has been able to handle them with so much care. I would not go anywhere else.
