1 /5 Jemima Cruz: I went in 2 hours before they were to close so I dont think rushing was the reason for this disaster. The tech Tuan was quiet and nice but his work was mediocre at best and he made several of my fingers bleed. My left hand ring finger was the worse. It wouldnt stop bleeding and he kept dabbing at it with a cotton ball but it just kept leaking. My finger is swollen and black and blue. I got my nails done for a special weekend and instead spent it hiding my nail and winching in pain every time I touched something. I paid $30 for a very painful experience and recieved no apology at all.

2 /5 what up: First time going to this place. I requested dip powder nails. I also asked to keep the same shape but shorter length. Had to wait 40 minutes to be seen (without appt). First lady took off color and had me soak in alcohol. Second lady filed my nails and then a third lady did the color and shape. I told her multiple times I wanted my nails short. She disregarded me and even applied top coat. After telling her that is not what I wanted, she proceeded to make it shorter by changing the shape. Additionally during the dip process she had me put my nails under the UV light. The whole purpose of dip is to not use UV light. As I am typing, my thumb nail is already peeling the top layer. Price was average. As someone who takes pride in her nails and knows, would not recommend unless your okay with subpar work. Will not go back to fix. Will just do it myself.

1 /5 Lenika Rae: Do not go here...‼️‼️ The man did a horrible job on my nails... They started breaking the very next day I came back and they fixed two... its only been one week and three nails on the other hand is broken.... I saw when the lady was trying to give him another type of acrylic powder and he refused to use it the acrylic on my nails is way too thin.... Its not fair that my hands have to look like this and I just paid to get them done...

5 /5 Amatiel Rosario: Scheduled an appointment for my daughters and I, and we left satisfied. Jenny, was friendly and accommodating, she arranged our appointment. My daughters and I got a full gel set with two nail designs, pedicure, and eyebrows. The pedicure was performed in sanitary conditions. I think I finally found a place to come to frequently! Thanks Ruby Nails!
