5 /5 Alicia Matamoros: Ive been going to Ricky for over 2 years and I could say that I literally would drive hours to go get my nails done by him. He is fantastic, and his work is precise. I get so many compliments on my nails and I feel so beautiful when I leave his shop. His mom works there as well and she is just a doll. And Rocky the shop mascot is the cutest little Chihuahua Ive ever seen. Its a clean and I always get what I want. He doesnt charge an arm and a leg like these other shops and my nails can go two and a half weeks to three even though Im very hard on my nails. Thank you Ricky , mom and Rocky will see you in 2 weeks.. alicia

Massive Strength Mind, Body & Spirit Coach: Today, I had the opportunity to visit the mind and body of Vero. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a warm smile, which made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere was inviting and impressively clean, contributing to a relaxing experience. I began with a facial treatment from Christine, with whom I felt an immediate connection. She not only provided a wonderful service but was also very informative, enhancing my experience. Following that, I enjoyed a Swedish massage with Yolanda, who had a calming presence. The aroma of peppermint oil added to the overall ambiance, making the experience even more enjoyable. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, who made my visit truly memorable.

Lauren Hawley: My nail techs name was Crystal. She did a good job on my pedicure and recommended I try dip nails instead of gels so I said okay let’s try it. I was very much enjoying myself until.. She realized she was running behind and then rushed to do my mani. She did not push back or clean up my cuticles or do any prep work to my nail beds besides removing old gel polish and a buff. She got glue and dip powder all over my hands and then tried cleaning it off by nipping the hardened powder on my skin off with nippers instead of using acetone! She also did not clean under any of my nails the entire service or any hand lotion. She started bad mouthing two clients in the salon saying they were wierd and think theyre pretentious and above her! Her words exactly . Then she asked if we’re good and was sending me out the door and I had to tell her to clean my skin with acetone and remove the glue from my skin to seperate my nail from my skin! I’m appalled! I still have hang nails, and black powder all over my skin. I’m very very disappointed.

My nail tech, Natalie, was absolutely wonderful-she made sure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. Im beyond happy with my Gel Mani and Uptown Girl Dazzle Dry Pedi. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Chloe Harding: Honestly, If I could give this place zero stars I would Red flags went up all the way around, but I still decided to give you a chance anyways Mrs. Mancini. I asked for simple, pink and white nails with a heart. Figured that couldn’t be too hard, right? We get halfway through and I noticed her layer of acrylic is so thin I can still see my nail bed mind you were two hours in at this point so I tried to trust the process. She finishes up and at this point I’m so irritated I just leave after paying $80. I cried on the way home my nails are bumpy lumpy and different shapes I even tried to fix them myself but nothing was saving these awful nails . I don’t even have my heart I wanted because you weren’t able to DRAW heart. After telling me you’ve been a nail tech for a VERY long time, you think you’d be able to do very simple artwork. Then I even tried to call and ask for half of my money back I was gonna let you keep 40 And you told me you were not gonna sit on the phone and negotiate with me. This lady is a fraud and a scam. Take your money and go to a professional Update: Went to 5th nail lounge on Fowler St today!!! Definitely recommend they fixed me right up!!

mel mathis: They def rush and do minimal pressure on their “massage”. You basically get a very quick rub. Def was not 5 min like the book says. Ben started a lot later than Leo and then finished way earlier on the pedicure. My partners guy Leo seemed to take a little bit more time with her, but Ben rushed like crazy with mine. Even cleaned and reset for soak for next person while I was still in the seat. I want to enjoy my experience, not feel like I’m getting rushed. Left nail polish on my skin on almost every nail. They were not that busy so no need to rush like no other.
