d Love The customer service was great; however, I had a disappointing experience with my full-service yesterday, which included a manicure, pedicure, and lash and eyebrow tinting. Unfortunately, the only treatment that stayed intact was my pedicure. My lashes fell off in less than six hours, and the gel nail polish came off completely. I’m very disappointed, especially since this place was recommended to me. I will not be returning. I gave a one-star rating because the staff was nice, but I believe this line of work is not for them, especially considering how much they shared. The lash technician has potential but needs to take more time to ensure that the products used are of higher quality and will last longer.

Madalyn Tipton I reached out to this salon over Yelp since I had a specific design that I wanted for my full set. It’s a design that I had over two years ago and had been wanting to recreate the design since. I sent them photos of the nail design that I had wanted and they said they could accommodate me no problem! The nails came out better than I could’ve imagined, I’m in love with them. The pedicure was also really nice too! Everyone was super sweet and friendly. I would recommend this place over any other salon in the Wesley Chapel/New Tampa area.

The customized facials are top notch and an amazing deal for what you get. My partner gets her nails, facials, waxing, and micro-channeling by Lihn. In order to get an appointment, call them directly. I love this place so much that my family and business partner also receive services here and have become regulars at this family business.

J. I came to get a gel manicure on my lunch break, and they were able to squeeze me in. They did a great job and got me in and out in 45 mins. It was great! The salon feels exclusive, very nice ladies, fair pricing, and convenient.

Irene S I have been going to this place for years and have been getting my nails done by Ty for over 15 years. He has exceptional talent and always done an amazing job. I would highly recommend Ty to anyone who wants to be fully satisfied with their nails.

Brynn Martinez I went in and Kim did my nails. I tried to describe to her what I wanted, showing her pics, and she said that she didn’t have time. She rushed through my fill, got angry when I told her that I needed one replaced. She literally started telling me that she had another appt coming in, and she wasn’t going to let me mess that up for her. Anytime I opened my mouth to say anything she told me to be quiet and to stop talking. She said she knew what she was doing and she has been doing it for 26 years. The next appt showed up and she said,, “See, now look. I told you.” Like I just ruined her appt with them. She started rushing even more. I didn’t even have time to really look at them. I paid- and of course I still tipped bc I’m not a bad person- she charged me $50 for the fill, and I left her $15 more for tip. Then, I get out to my car and I just kept thinking they looked soooo bad. I called an hour later, and she called me crazy and hung up on me! I tried to call the next day, and pleaded with her to fix them, and she said more mean things, and hung up on me again!!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE have I ever been treated so poorly by someone like this!! I was in tears, and helpless as to what to even do!! Look how terrible they look!!! Bad Business.

J. Rose I went for a pedicure a few days ago and the tech seemed distracted and got aggressive with the nail file. She cut me in more than one spot. When she used the acetone to get the extra nail polish off, it hurt so bad! Now my toes are sore days after my pedicure. Everything else about this place was wonderful. She really took the time to do the cuticles and apply the polish just right.

Alicia Matamoros Ive been going to Ricky for over 2 years and I could say that I literally would drive hours to go get my nails done by him. He is fantastic, and his work is precise. I get so many compliments on my nails and I feel so beautiful when I leave his shop. His mom works there as well and she is just a doll. And Rocky the shop mascot is the cutest little Chihuahua Ive ever seen. Its a clean and I always get what I want. He doesnt charge an arm and a leg like these other shops and my nails can go two and a half weeks to three even though Im very hard on my nails. Brianna Jackson I strongly recommend this nail salon. Tim is the absolute best. He is so creative and thorough. He will shape your nails to perfection. I will not go anywhere else. The customer service and work is top notch. I am super picky about my nails but Tim gets them right every single time without me having to say a word. He is so friendly and kind. I love this place! Try it out....trust me, you wont be disappointed. *Update* Michael did mine and my daughters nails on our most recent visit and he does a wonderful job as well. We absolutely love this salon.

Eva McAllister I am beyond disappointed. I paid almost $200 and the gel acrylic and gel pedicure didn’t last 24 hours. I had my service done last Friday evening and by the Saturday afternoon, my nail popped off during a wedding reception and my pedicure chipped in several places. It was so embarrassing having pictures taken at the wedding with a messed up nail! Terrible! I am finally back in town to get it fixed and to my surprise, the nail salon is closed on a Tuesday. Unbelievable. In addition to a sub par experience (I was not attended to by the front staff in the way they attended other guests), I sadly will not be returning. I thought by paying more, I would be getting better quality, but I have been disappointed. It is so hard to find a qualitative nail salon in Tampa :(

Sandra Sosa I called before coming because I needed a pedicure done the night before Thanksgiving. I called them at 6:30pm and was told to come in. I did the Collagen Spa Pedicure and it was AMAZING!! It was so good I fell asleep in the middle of it lol. I usually get basic colors, so I often judge on the experience, cleanliness and overall service. Even the pricing is fair, in my honest opinion. Its very clean the moment you walk in. They even have a cute backdrop for social media influencers. Theyre very professional, clean and the service is superb. I usually travel 30mins to my favorite salon, but I think this one just became my new favorite and theyre only 10mins from me. Thank you for being awesome!

Sydney Cunningham I always have the best experience here. Everybody is amazing. The prices are good. It’s just a great place it’s the only one I’ll go to. I get full acrylic sets / fills and pedicures and it’s so good

I’ve gone to several of the techs and have never had a bad experience! They take walk ins or you can call ahead to “make an appointment.” I’ve also never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. ALSO THE PRICES!!!!! SO REASONABLE!!! I 1000% recommend them!!

Shandel Santorini It may depend on who you get, but I’m gonna tell you to save your money. It’s overpriced and probably the most uncomfortable pedicure experience I’ve had. Didn’t even clean hangnails or nail edges. Manicure was all grinding of nail bed, no length added, thickly applied with no shaping by the cuticles and told I could clean my edges at home. They claim they do celebrities, when little do they know I work with some everyday and they wouldn’t never pay $150 for this. Nice and friendly, but lazy on quality work. Just because they can glue on glitter, you can’t skip the basics or nail and skincare in the process.

Carrie Wilson I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I went in here for a simple dip manicure with French on top (using gel). Nothing out of the ordinary, and some thing I have gotten many times at other salons. I went on a Thursday and by Friday night my nails were already lifting and a couple of them had chipped. I went back on Saturday to have them fix them and I thought all was well until Saturday night came and three of them chipped again. I am very upset to say the least, it was $70 & that’s not the type of money I want to pay for 2 day nails, which should last three weeks. Only giving two stars instead of one, because the woman who did my nails was willing to fix them, and the salon itself is very nice. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. Photos show my nails a couple hours after going back.

Emily I came in for an acrylic fill and reshape about 1 hour before they closed. I felt very rushed, she was done with my nails in about 20 minutes. In my photos you can see they are chunky and the nail polish doesn’t cover the edge which is really annoying. In addition she nicked my cuticle and made two of my fingers bleed. It’s not the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten but I would not go back.

Karen Spinelli I would give no stars if I could. I have given this salon a lot of business. Four days ago I go there and get acrylic on my nails with gel polish, three days later my thumb nails chipped. I drove back to the mall to get my nails fixed. They give me the same woman who screwed up the first time. She fixes my nails( if you want to call it that). The one nail she left crooked and some of the polish off and now the next day my other nails are chipping. I could have saved money and used regular polish on my own nails. This place is a joke and I am done now .

I could not believe the service that was provided, garbage. I had the older lady redo the color more than once and she blamed me. Thats not customer service couldnt believe I paid $50 for a bad job all around. Top that it was my birthday.

Kelly Dimond I have never received a worse manicure.. the place is kind of dirty, they do not do a full manicure (skipped a lot of steps), my cuticles are rough and not completely done. The pain job.. I can’t even describe how bad the nail polish looks in person and my nails are totally rough.. the edges are catching on everything.

kandi I went in for pink & white powder dip. 3 different people worked on my nails and my request got lost between them. I repeated my original request. When the last guy did them they came out pink & light pink. I expressed my disappointment in not receiving what I asked for. The guy just blew it off saying he’s never done this before. He knew I was not happy, but never offered to fix them. I’m guessing because he didn’t know how. I no longer wanted him to touch my nails either. This was on a Wednesday. Between Wednesday - Saturday, 4 of my nails broke (these were my nails w/ their terrible nail job) and 1 additional chipped but I was able to super glue it. I’m not going back and would not recommend this place to anyone. They did a crappy job and instead of telling me they didn’t have anyone to do pink & white, they sat me, rotated 3 employees and the final one had never done it before. I would give it negative stars.

Brittany Brandywine I have come in before for eyebrow waxed which always turned out great. Today I got a gel french Pedi and full set with gel. My feet are so soft! Bo did my full set and the gel on my toes. He was patient , thoroughly and clearly explained everything, and it was just an overall wonderful experience. Go see Bo hes been doing nails 25+ years!!

Joanne Tejero Very happy with my experience here. I came here because they close at 8pm and I tend to finish work around 6:30pm. I did a walk-in gel pedicure ($50) by Dean and I felt he was very attentive, thorough with the pedicure, and made me feel comfortable. The other staff were also very friendly. I was there for about 1 hour 15 minutes in total just for the pedicure which was nice in my case. Would highly recommend and would happily visit again!

Rose D The owner is the sweetest person you will ever meet. Family run. Her sons and daughter are amazing too. They all do a phenomenal job. You feel like family when you arrive. The prices are fair. The color selection is nothing like I’ve ever seen. They do everything cat eye, chrome, mood, glow in the dark. I feel so pretty when I leave.

The entire salon is impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. My appointment was with Talee, a nail technician whose work is nothing short of exquisite. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions to enhance my original idea. Her attention to detail is incredible, and I left with a stunning set of nails that exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was the timeliness of the service. I was taken right at my appointment time, and Talee worked efficiently without ever compromising on quality. Its clear that the team at Manhattan Nails values their clients time just as much as their own.

Alexandra Jensen I wanted to love this place, as they were so nice and did a beautiful job on my nails for a great price. However, I always prefer to see a liner in the foot bath and for the technician to open a new pack of autoclave-sterilized tools in front of me, and this didn’t happen here. The salon felt clean enough and I had no issues after the fact, but I was 7 months pregnant with my first baby when I came in and felt better about trying other salons for this reason only.
