1 /5 Raina Diedrick: The staff is friendly and inviting but my issue is actually mostly about the outcome of my service. The first thing I couldnt wrap my head around was being charged for regular polish, $10! I asked for liquid hard gel and they only had clear, Ive been using rose, so I told her, no worries just cover it with polish since it wont match not being informed of the additional charge. But thats whatever. 3 days after my service I lost a nail and day 5 another! It may usually only happen after 4-5 weeks after service with my regular tech. I dont live in the area and I dont have the time to go back for repair but this is ridiculous that after spending $121 my nails, they havent made it a week and Ill have to spend more money to get them done properly.

5 /5 Diandra Debrosse: This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The owners are amazing women.I literally had the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. The salon is warm and comfortable. I’ve never left a review for a salon before but I had to leave a review for Epoch. These women are true artist.

I called ahead the day before and was able to book a last minute appointment for 2 plus they accommodated a last minute family member the day of. They were very nice and professional to everyone. All of us left very happy. The place felt clean and comfortable.

Hot Nail Spa - Hialeah juliet rodriguez: What I love most about this nail salon is that it’s close to my house, they always accept walk-ins, and it’s usually such a peaceful and relaxing experience. However, today was really disappointing. I walked in at 3:45 hoping for a pedicure (not even a full manicure) and was told they couldn’t take me because they were full without an appointment. I was bummed but understood—until I checked their online booking and saw multiple available slots from 4:30 to 6:15. I left but decided to call and ask if I could book one of those appointments, only to be told they were actually booked and they didn’t know why the app showed otherwise. I live nearby, so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience for me, but it’s really unfair for someone who might book online, drive over, and then be turned away. I’ve always loved this place, but this experience was frustrating and made me question how they manage their bookings.

Le Belle Madame Nail Spa - Hialeah Gardens Minerva Giron: This place was a total surprise and a coincidence. Came to accompany my mother for eyebrows and I was so amazed by the service that I had my eyebrows done with Aymara who is a star. I did my hair with Ivanio which was magnificent. Additionally Jolly is a kindhearted and very attentive person.

Serenity Beauty Nails & Spa - Hialeah JoJo M: I made a last minute decision to try her Erica’s shop as a walk in right before I boarded a cruise ship and she was great. She accommodated me and did a good job. Very kind with great customer service.

My nail tech Norelys is a master at her craft bringing over 10 years of industry experience, and is one of the kindest women I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! Definitely coming back! (This foot pic is free, but I’m charging for the next ones LOL)

Artsy Nail Bar - Hialeah Sarah (Eggtoast): This was absolutely amazing I came in today for an appointment with Karen she sat me down helped me through the whole process. I got gel x extensions and she even let me look at all the colors for my nude set. Pedicure was great as well super awesome and relaxing paying was easy as just taping my card. Prices are great and not bad at all will totally be coming back again.

Geysis Nails Salon - Hialeah Melanie: Geysis is the best! She’s been doing my nails for 2+ years and I wouldn’t trade her for the world. She takes her time, makes sure you love your nails and remembers all of the details that you like for your nails. Her retention is the best, my nails always last 3 weeks and still look amazing by the time of my next appointment. 10/10 you won’t regret doing your nails with Geysis.

Fresa y Chocolate Beauty Salon Hialeah - Hialeah Giselle Chaviano: I have been coming to this salon for almost 2 years and I am never disappointed. They are very welcoming and willing to make their customers happy. I started doing luminary gel manicures with Ana 4 months ago and they last me over a month, which is convenient with how busy I am. I come back every month for this service with Ana because she is attentive, extremely sweet, and makes my nails look amazing. Thank you for great service!
