3 /5 juliet rodriguez: What I love most about this nail salon is that it’s close to my house, they always accept walk-ins, and it’s usually such a peaceful and relaxing experience. However, today was really disappointing. I walked in at 3:45 hoping for a pedicure (not even a full manicure) and was told they couldn’t take me because they were full without an appointment. I was bummed but understood—until I checked their online booking and saw multiple available slots from 4:30 to 6:15.
I left but decided to call and ask if I could book one of those appointments, only to be told they were actually booked and they didn’t know why the app showed otherwise. I live nearby, so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience for me, but it’s really unfair for someone who might book online, drive over, and then be turned away. I’ve always loved this place, but this experience was frustrating and made me question how they manage their bookings.
