1 /5 Thomas Wang: I had a terrible experience with this shop — poor customer service, no transparency about their $600 diagnostic fee (which was only mentioned after I towed my car in, visited three times, and emailed all the info they requested). When I reasonably asked about guarantees and questioned the fee, they became extremely rude and ultimately refused to service the vehicle. They don’t post any hourly rates or shop fees upfront, leaving customers in the dark. Their attitude and lack of professionalism mirror many of their existing 1-star reviews here and on Yelp — I wish I had checked those first. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
