Delores Andrijiszyn I cant recommend Ideal Service Center enough! I would give them 100 stars if it were an option! I have visited their shop approximately 6 times and being a single female, I am always on guard of feeling like I am going to be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge! Not here, they explain all work in detail so you have no surprise charges and understand what you are paying for. They are welcoming, prompt with appointment times and extremely courteous! A few years ago Mazda told me I needed over 3000.00 worth of work on my vehicle. I wanted a second opinion and was referred to this Shop. Upon checking, the mechanics at Ideal Service Center stated I needed none of the work Mazda recommended and to this day (3 yrs later), I still need none of it. I am so happy I found this shop and I without a doubt trust them implicitly! I want to give a big shout out to the Advisors Ray, Rodney and Ed as well as the mechanics! This will forever be my shop of choice!

Natalie Carrazana I have been coming to this shop since I was 15 with all my cars, family members cars, and sent over friends. Ray and his team are proof of trustworthy work with all their hard work and dedication. They will show you, explain to you, and draw a picture in your mind of what your car may need and the importance of why. Not only that, the owner only had to sit in my car and turn it on to check what it was. He knew right away what was the damage and had the parts in hand. MTS MOWLA Excellent & Reliable Service!!!!! I was having issue with my Exhaust (loud blowing noise) on my Pathfinder My husband took the truck in and had it checked out. Apparently it was my Exhaust Manifold crack and needed to be replace. The repair was done in 1 day and my husband was so happy with the service he had his F150 checked out too (humming noise) He had his truck bearings replaced the same day. If you’re looking for quality service call Mr. Shyam who was honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this shop for all your repairs.

Quinn G Had a great overall experience. Do yourself a favor and come here first to have your vehicle serviced. Brought my bmw here a few days ago and let me tell you these guys do a thorough job. Came in to address a sound coming from my cv axle. Paid for the diagnostic and they found another major issue with the suspension that was allegedly “ fixed” by another shop a few months prior. Jonathan was able to address both issues in a timely matter. He also pointed out other things that would need servicing in the future. This place is not the cheapest, but I can confidently say I trust this shop with all future repair and maintenance issues with my bimmer. Thomas Wang I had a terrible experience with this shop — poor customer service, no transparency about their $600 diagnostic fee (which was only mentioned after I towed my car in, visited three times, and emailed all the info they requested). When I reasonably asked about guarantees and questioned the fee, they became extremely rude and ultimately refused to service the vehicle. They don’t post any hourly rates or shop fees upfront, leaving customers in the dark. Their attitude and lack of professionalism mirror many of their existing 1-star reviews here and on Yelp — I wish I had checked those first. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Lazarus Stewart A shade tree mechanic place I love it. They saved me hundreds of dollars over the past couple of years. Synthetic oil change and free tire rotation less than what most places charge for a regular oil change. Most importantly to me they do the work that is necessary, they dont try to upsell you. They dont pay for a fancy showroom or waiting room or hot dogs just good work at very fair prices

Dennis Conninghton I found Mikes Auto Repair just by doing a google search for auto repair close to my house. My wifes car needed an A/C recharge. I called Mike, and he told me he could take care of it and to bring my car in. It was the best decision ever to see Mike. He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and prompt with his service. No waiting at all. He performed the work at a very reasonable price, and we were extremely happy with the quality of work. Ariel Zeig If you need work done on your car HIRE STAN!!!! We were floored by his service. He comes out to where you are located and does all the services on property. When we were unsure if my husbands car was able to drive on the roads, stan came to our condo and worked on the car in the lot. He was friendly, professional and respectful, not to mention his prices were AMAZING!!!! My husband has an older car and we never feel satisfied with any mechanic when we take it in somewhere. Austin Walkington I brought in a set of rims for my project ’96 Mustang. Before leaving the shop after the install, I noticed one of the rims had been freshly damaged. The staff reviewed the installation footage from inside the shop, and all the techs denied causing the damage. However, this clearly wasn’t old damage and does not match the wear of the existing damage The manager on shift was courteous and helped refer a repair shop. After I paid their referral, Dr. Rim, she offered to help with cost of repair. I acknowledge there were light scrapes on the rim beforehand, but this new damage could only have happened while the shop had these rims Somehow, they damaged my key in the process as well and it gets stuck in the ignition. As a Marine veteran, I hold honesty and accountability in high regard. Unfortunately, no one took responsibility for the damage, and based on this experience, I do not plan on returning or recommending their services. Jay Coon Went there to get a front end alignment. they said I need to buy new tires from them or they couldnt do the alignment. I just Put a new rack and Pinion and lower ball joint Last weekend and needed to have it aligned. My tires are only 3 months old. Theyre not that worn on the front. So I told him Id take it somewhere else. I Went down the road on 192 To master auto tech and had the alignment Done. And they didnt try to sell me tires And said my tires were fine. My car drives Awesome now Thanks. To master auto tech. Ill never go back to J tire and auto service. again. Thats for darn sure.

Ayres Robert (Robert Ayres) Anthony is a fantastic mechanic. He diagnosed problems with my A/C by recommending a new climate control panel when I thought it was a faulty compressor efficiently and professionally. Saved me numerous times with my tires and teaches you how he did it. Highly recommend him for any work that needs to be done to your vehicle. Hes reasonably priced and gives you an accurate and honest time frame of when the work will be done. If you want the best call him for sure!

JD S Sorry for the late post. My family and I were on vacation last June and had an unfortunate alternator failure with our Buick Enclave. I was worried to say the least about the cost in a tourist town. I found Anthony on line and gave him a call. He was a life line! Honest, friendly, genuine, extremely fair prices and treated us like family. He set my mind at ease and our family was able to enjoy our vacation. If you find yourself on vacation and need a reliable mechanic that will treat strangers like regular customers, this is your guy. If I lived there, Anthony would be my mechanic.

Jawaun Blackman So far so good! Day 3 after having my car back from repair tech for some work and everything is running great! I love that they did a full inspection and told us what needed to be done now & what will need to be done later so I can pick what I can afford now. If I need to come back later they already know what needs to be done. I’m not big on trusting mechanics but this place and their team is awesome! They were fast efficient & super nice! Definitely would recommend and will be coming back

Brian Brimmer I’ve been to different mechanics with a range of vehicles with issues, and I would have to say by far “Repair Tech Automotive”, Charlie and his team of mechanics are the best around. They kept me updated on everything with my vehicle, sending photos of progress. I needed a camshaft etc. replacement. They put nothing but the best parts into the rebuild and a Special Thank you to Nico the mechanic that meticulously took the time to make sure everything was perfect as he was putting the motor back together. My 2017 RAM 5.7 Hemi purrs like a kitten now! Do not hesitate to go to “Repair tech automotive” for your Repairs they will do your right!!

Tyre Foster NEGATIVE 40 STARS Absolute Worst experience of my life !!! Never have I ever left a shop and broke down on the way home and had to pay for my own Tow . Went for an overall tuneup and left with the same issues minus a thermostat that I’ve only noticed because I chose to change the water pump myself and the same spark plugs I put in months before !!! Thousands of dollars wasted with the same problems I started with .Save yourself time money and the headache.These people are SCAMMERS!! EDIT:: That is not the facts. The fact is I picked it up on the Friday afternoon and a few minutes to an hour later my check engine light came back on because And my fuel sensors weren’t working. I brought it back again and again and again, so please don’t make me out to be fabricating a story which I have no reason to. I would love to have a success story for your shop, but unfortunately, this is not the case . the water pump was not your issue it randomly happened. I chose to fix it myself. That is when I noticed I was missing my thermostat, which only could have been misplaced by the last shop to check for my overheating, which was your Shop (unless you didn’t check) so there’s really nothing further to discuss. the proof is in the pudding . Yes you did the coils and plugs but for the price I paid there’s no way that I should have champion aftermarket, spark plugs. Bottom line is my truck is in far worse shape than it was before I brought it to your shop. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me that was not the case.i no longer trust mechanics

keith mobley I have a 2011 Chevy Suburban and was starting to have trouble with the A/C system so took it to the Chevy dealership. After having it for an entire day, they could not find any issues with the system. My wife told me to take it to R&G and not only did Miguel find the problem, but he fixed the issue in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Miguel was very professional, and courteous, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Due to Miguels integrity, I will bring all my automotive issues to him in the future.
