1 /5 Patrick Hoertt: We had our Mercedes in this shop because it would not start and the steering wheel was locked. I was told that the anti theft device needed replaced and that was all that was wrong with the car. $2000 later we picked the car up and the check engine light was on even though it wasnt on when we brought it in. We brought the car back and was told it was fine and they turned the check engine light was turned off. Two days later check engine light came back on. Went to a different repair shop and was told that when they replaced the part they did not secure it properly and the latch holding down the part is now gone. When I called European Care Performance services I was put on hold in the middle of expressing the problem then told why it wasnt their fault. Car is fixed by someone else who cleaned up European care performance services mess. I would strongly suggest not using this business. They sent our car back to us broken twice with an issue they caused.
