From the very beginning, the team was professional and attentive, explaining every detail of the service I needed. While they worked on my vehicle, I waited in their comfortable lounge whit my children, which had a TV and a fridge with cold water. In no time, my truck was ready and running perfectly. He worked hard to get the car repaired quickly even when the dealership sent the wrong part he worked through the holiday to get it done since my family was down to one car. 1 /5 Darreyon Thompson: I spoke with someone from the shop over the phone about bringing my car in for a diagnostic and they assured me they’d be able to repair it and quoted me a reasonable price, insisting I tow my car to them. I agree to tow it in and the male there acted as though they were busy and asked me to just leave the car with him and said they’d call me later despite me getting there right at 9am. I tell him I’d like to wait since the person I spoke to on the phone said something different and he says it’ll be a couple of hours before he has an update. I wait 2 hours in the lobby and he comes to tell me has hasn’t been able to do a diagnostic because my battery is dead, which I already knew when I brought it to him, and he asks me for $300 just to start before he can continue. I tell him that’s not what they said on the phone and I ask if I’m able to come back and pick it up Wednesday since I wasn’t prepared for any of what he said. He harshly says no and asks me to remove my car from his garage immediately. He costed me an additional $175.00 just to tell me my battery is dead and wouldn’t offer any further assistance. They lied to get me there and then weren’t able to do the repair. I wasted 4 hours for nothing and he doesn’t help me at all. And to make matters worse, he makes the problem worse and my car won’t turn on at all now.

1 /5 Paton: BE CAREFUL!! Light skin man will try to scam you out of money he said my altenator was really bad and wouldnt make it up the street n tried to get me to pay 800$ which was weird because I have a brand new car, I went to get my altenator inspected and it was fine!!smh
