I have had many pedicures and she gives the very best !!!I have been coming here for 5 years and drive from almost Callahan for the amazing service !!!!!!! Everyone is so kind here … the whole family comes here. Sophia treats my grand daughter like a total princess . I highly recommend!!! I have NEVER had any issues here !!!! Both my daughters and husband feel the same way !!!!!

1 /5 Jasmine Spares: The quality of customer service has changed since Manager has become owner (Sofi) I was there getting my nails done and the manager walked over to a customer and said your friend paid for your nails, and she left and only 5 dollar tip. So was so rude about it to the customer in the store. I will say this it seems to be a regular thing at FL nails that they talk about their customers. Most reviews are accurate they do share items And if you pay attention they do not come in sterile bags from an autoclave I have decided not to return here anymore after 8 years as regular monthly customer

VK Five Points Nails & Spa - Jacksonville Crystal Armstrong: I had a fabulous time yesterday, I didn’t even know they were in my neighborhood and I had random time without children so I wanted to get my nails done. I came in with the expectations one does walking into a random salon only to leave a huge fan. Not only was the man who did my nails incredibly friendly, but it was obvious he cares about the work he does and he has made a new regular and fan out of me - we are about to be besties for life because nobody has ever done my nails so well and I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

River Nails Spa - Jacksonville Kitty Hansen: My nails always last longer when I get them done here. Their high level of craftsmanship shows in every detail.

Star Nails - Jacksonville Veronica Sisto: UPDATE - After getting my nails done on a Friday I had two broken nails by Sunday morning. I went in on Monday (they were closed Sunday) and they fixed them free of charge which was great. However it has now only been a week later and I have 5 chipped nails now. I am so disappointed and have never had this happen with years of getting dip nails. Friendly service and beautiful work! Family run business with great prices

Jax Nails Spa - Jacksonville Cheryl Martin: The staff at Jax Nails and Spa have always been so friendly and courteous to me and my family. They even remember customers by name even when you have not been there for a while. I tried a nail salon closer to my home for a while and they just was not as great as Jax Nails and Spa. During my most recent visit, I brought my daughter because she needed her nails done for Prom. Sheena and Michael were able to make her nails EXACTLY what she wanted them to look like. Both my daughter and I were very pleased and impressed. I will return to Jax Nails and Spa very soon and continue to utilize their services!

King Palace Nails - Jacksonville Frierson Chrystal (Chrys): I’m new to Florida and needed my nails filled in. They’re open til 20:00 which works perfectly for me. I came in around 18:45 and was started on instantly. The tech was quick and done a wonderful job. She was done by 19:30 and I was super happy. One of the best experiences and colors I’ve had. I don’t know how I ended up posting the review on a different company but I did. I apologize that the credit wasn’t placed here. I’m returning tonight to get them done again when I realize the review wasn’t here. I live only a mile away and it just makes life that much easier to come to a place that does such a perfect job and knows what I want. Thanks!
