1 /5 Caitlin DuBois: I’ve tried to give this office multiple chances, but the experience has consistently been disappointing—especially with the front staff. While my partner’s appointment went smoothly, every other visit has been frustrating. During my daughter’s recent appointment, the front desk staff once again showed a nasty attitude, just like before. I could even hear them talking negatively about me while my daughter was getting x-rays. That’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
To be fair, the dentist and dental assistant were wonderful with my daughter—compassionate, patient, and great at their job. But the front office ruins the entire experience. They’ve never once been able to correctly locate our insurance information, no matter how many times I provide it, which means we’re likely looking at more surprise bills. It’s exhausting and stressful every time we walk in.
I had previously left a review and was confronted by management instead of seeing any improvement. At this point, I’ll be taking my family elsewhere, even though we live right in the neighborhood. A dental office should make patients feel cared for and respected, not judged and talked about behind their backs. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office.
