    Tohbi Fawn: First I want to state nothing against doctor Malik or his Staph, they are awesome, but I do have to make a formal complaint. I understand that technical issues happen but being unable to reach your doctor for over a week is due to phone problems unacceptable and potentially harmful for their patients. You would think a facility that is affiliated with the hospital would have a backup system for instances such as this. I know in the ten years I have been with this office prior to being affiliated with the hospital their was never such problems. now that they are affiliated with the hospital, my family and I have had nothing but problems with billing, copays and trying to contact them.

    Bonnie Melvin: Dr. Whitford did an amazing job extracting a troublesome tooth for me today! He patiently explained the process to me telling me it would require a two step procedure to remove the tooth which had broken away from the root and crown. He then numbed it up and completed the work. He was forthcoming and honest and very compassionate. I certainly appreciate him for taking care of my tooth problem. I highly recommend him.

    Michael Espinell: I decided to try Bronx wellness dental which i live 3 blocks. I had issues with chewing food that I would bite my tongue and scrap the sides of mouth. First impressions were better than expected. Looking at building which is being renovated might make you think twice. It took 3 visits to finally enjoy eating again. Staff is very friendly especially doctor very nice guy. Super clean facility. They madw a mouth nightguard which fit perfectly, fixed my right side plus another tooth that was cutting my mouth. Overall experience was great and definitely recommend.

    Jada Finch: The women at the reception desk did a wonderful job however I cannot say that about the rest. I never write reviews but when a women comes out from the dentist office itself and starts acting rude and giving attitude because my mother (an older women) asked when my appointment was because we thought it was a half hour ealier drew the line. We knew we were early after being informed and that’s on us but we didn’t need someone coming out and yelling at us, that’s also not counting how out time (3:30) I was brought in 10 minutes late then made to sit there in the room for another 20 minutes just for a quick check up is another issue. Thank you for the kind staff at the desk who talked to me and took the time to answer the questions though, I truly appreciate your kindness same to my regular cleaner

    CW: It’s nice to see dr. S today.. as usual quick and effortless. thank you to the whole crew today the new office is lovely… big change from the old one. Love the Assistants and The hygienist that we so love!! ❤️ The reception is good even though there’s only two of them. they assisted everyone good. made sure i was mom and explained the paperworks and what i was signing. the lady who took my son’s xrayss is good. I hope they keep up the good work ☺️

    C J: What? Im so sorry people have negative experiences here. I have mostly great experiences. They know L by name. Dr Jain returned an emergency call through UMMC, who I called at night when she had been exposed to meningitis. I found out at 10pm, we did not know what kind yet (viral or the bacterial) I was SCARED. He is wonderful with L (7 yr old girl) has been her dr.since birth. Only issue was recently with a different provider who spoke of people DYING from the flu in front of my just turned 7 yr old daughter while she had a nasty cough and strep throat. The provider was speaking to me, but that inappropriate in front of a child Not cool...one star off for that. Brought politics up as well, not appropriate. Nice person, well meaning, but filter please. EDIT 2023- The provider who we had an issue with is gone, and her replacement is amazing! No more politics, or death talk in front of my now 10 yr old, who loves her.
