1 /5 James Thomas: Very disappointing. Called to schedule an appointment and become a new patient. They are accepting new patients, however, they are not taking veterans using Tri-Care. They currently have patients on Tri-Care but for some reason will not take any more. By doing this they are excluding veterans. They are excluding the very group of people who have fought to preserve their rights and freedoms. I will be sharing this experience with all of my friends and acquaintances. FAMILY FIRST DOES NOT SUPPORT VETERANS! PASS THE WORD!
Veterans already being seen are still seen, so you still have to deal with Tricare. Protecting our country and your way of life was tough. Stopping terrorists was tough. It was with a STRONG heart that we kept fighting. We never gave up and we never quit because our mission was too difficult to deal with!
