My question is: thats what we are paying taxes for? Do we deserve at least correct information on the door or on the website?

1 /5 Darius Mann: This is the most unorganized place ever! They are never that busy to where your on hold for 30 minutes and no one answers! Then, nobody pays attention when making appointments. They rescheduled me twice, and I still have yet to be seen! I don’t know what kind of lazy workers they have, but hire more people if we have to wait on hold for eternity! That’s so unprofessional. Then when you show up… everyone is sitting at their desk waiting to take the next person, but no one can answer the phone! Gas is too high to be wasting anyones time or gas! I’m highly annoyed and disappointed with this place! Do better manatee county!!!!!!!

2 /5 Lilia O.: Fully staffed? But can’t answer a phone. I’ve been going here for awhile for my meds and hadn’t had a problem. Was late to my appointments due to personal reasons, but they took me. One woman in particular had been pretty nice to me I’ll say that. But the day before my appointment I attempted to call. Had me on hold for 45 minutes and no one answered the phone. I also owed a small fee which I went to pay for and the lady there that took me was rude as hell. “Do you speak English or Spanish” she said in which I told her a speak both. She started to reply to me in a rude tone and in a manner in which made me feel like I was stupid because I missed an appointment that they couldn’t reconfirm I had? So why add a number onto a paper in which that number is useless since no one answers there phone and leaves you on hold and or never answers.

5 /5 Zeneida Colon: I came in to change my daughter’s immunization card to a Florida format. I was told I had to wait two weeks. Once I explain my situation the supervisor did the format immediately. I was so grateful now my daughter could start school tomorrow. Thank you for your service.

Manatee Memorial Hospital - Emergency Room (ER) - Bradenton judy barber: After a pickleball mishap, an ER doc happened to be playing. He told me to go to the Palma Sola ER. Best advice! From the moment I got there I felt so comfortable. The doc on call was great, each person there from nurses to the lady who talked to us about insurance and billing could not have treated me better. This is where I’ll be going. I’ve never had to go to the ER before. Very thankful for them.

ER at Bayshore Gardens - Bradenton Geo Amaya: I cannot say enough good things about this ER and the incredible staff who work here. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. The check-in process was seamless and the staff made me feel like a priority. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and informed. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. The entire team worked quickly to address my medical issue, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. The facility was clean, organized, and well-run, which only added to the sense of calm in what can be a stressful situation. Thank you to everyone at this ER for providing such top-notch care during a difficult time. You are truly heroes!

Manatee County Health Department: Bencie Jennifer MD - Bradenton Tori Cole: Awful, lady hung up on me 3 times and would not give me her name or allow me to speak to her manager. All I needed was her to fax over a simple paper so my son can start school and she was incapable of doing such a simple task.

Manatee Urgent Care - Bradenton Grimjawl 1: I made an appointment and they were 5 minutes late getting me in. After that, it was about 30 mins before the nurse came to take my blood pressure and temperature and another 10-15 before the doc finally saw me. The end results was fine, but the amount of time waiting seemed unnecessary. This was after the night before when I tried to get an appointment and the staff was rather rude.

From the time you walk into the office, the staff is quick and efficient. Wait times to see the doctor are within 5 minutes of your appointment. Dr. Cabrera takes the time to listen and is very concerned about my health. I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle Medical Group to anyone looking for a highly efficient and caring group of physicians and staff. 5++ stars.

AdventHealth Ocala - Ocala chosenoneholy1: Great hospital, employees(Nirses) pretty friendly. Out of all the hospitals I have to say is our number one choice. The only complaint that I have is that, we waited way to long for a room. People shouldn’t have to wait hours to get a room/admitted. I FEEL LIKE THEY WANTED THE CLOCK TO RUN FOR BILLING PURPOSE, ADMIN AND WHOEVER MAKES THE DECISIONS INCLUDING DR’s. Be honest and quicker on getting your patients into a room for emergency and upstairs when they are admitted, THANK YOU!! PS: I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 stars but there’s too much time wasted!
