Dr. Cruz was also was very nice and explained the upcoming procedures. If you have a fear of dentists, these folks are where you need to be. You wont be sorry.

3 /5 kenturner: My experience has been ok with Family Oral Health; however, my wife refuses to return. The last two visits are making me reconsider-felt like I was always being asked for extra services-fluoride, photo progression, mouth guards etc. this last visit was 15 min for a cleaning-my teeth were simply scraped and then he flossed! That was it. I do that at home why take off work and pay insurance? Probably looking elsewhere for me as well!

The person I spoke to was extremely patient as I explained my situation. At my appointment, the front desk was very friendly and welcoming to everyone who walked through the door. My dental assistant Kim was very thorough and actually listened, and Dr. Patel was also very thorough, empathetic and willing to squeeze me in the same day! I’ve been to two other practices in the last month, Schwerer and Gankin, and felt like I wasn’t heard at either, but I’m grateful I booked with Family Oral Health when I did.

Gene L Frank: Dental hygienist found the beginning of a cavity under a crown while cleaning my teeth. She had the doctor look at the x-rays that she took. Determined that I did not have enough time for them to take care of it as I was leaving for the summer in 6 days. She gave me instructions on how to care for it until I can have it permanently repaired. Today, the office sent my x-rays to a dentist in Iowa and my appointment is in 1 week. Excellent care and service from everyone at Smooth Sailing Dental!!

I had tried a different dentist about a month prior and i didn’t feel seen or heard so I decided to try Midway Dental Center. Danielle at the front desk was so nice and Dr Giraldo was very informative and communicative! Tara was my hygienist and I couldn’t have asked for someone better!!! She listened, communicated, and made this the best experience I could have asked for as she made feel so comfortable! 5 stars!! thank u guys so much

Erica Slaten: I was a patient with Ricard Dentistry for over 10 years, up until recently. Throughout the years, there has been a steady decline in quality of service. Last year, I needed a deep cavity filled which led to a crown. During the crown procedure, there were technical difficulties while using a new scanner that creates the imprints for the permanent crown. I was called to come in so they could re-scan it but then was told it “wasn’t necessary”, which was a red flag. After getting the permanent crown, there was sensitivity and pain. I started seeing a new dentist in Vero and it was brought to my attention via X-ray that the crown was placed incorrectly and exposed a portion of my tooth, leading to the need for another crown procedure. I reached out to Ricard about the issue and was told that the office manager was “in a meeting” each time I called. I also emailed explaining the issue with the attached new X-rays and voiced that I needed them to fix the problem they caused and received no response. It has now been over TWO MONTHS since I have reached out and I still haven’t heard anything from them. No calls back, no email response, nothing. Due to their negligence and lack of communication, I do not recommend coming to this practice, especially if you need any serious dental work done. They have been completely unprofessional and I feel ignored. This isn’t how you should treat any patient. If you are looking for a mediocre cleaning or an office that ignores your pain and doesn’t fix their mistakes, then maybe head to Ricard Dentistry.
