1 /5 Kristin Lindgren: Brought my 80 yr old mother to see Dr Grubb for ongoong toe issue. Home health was ordered. Home health care upon looking at toes called emergency services as “toe is about to fall off”. Home health care was clear that doctor did not adequately assess toes. 8 week old gause was still dried to foot. I left message for this office hoping doctor would up his game and future patients get better care. Everyone makes a bad decision. I received a phone call defending the doctor, she was reading from his notes. I was clear that I was in the room and I had a logical rebuttle for her defensive statements. It is his job to assess the issue not home health care. In the end I thanked her for her time, told her it was not her fault and explained my only goal was for Dr Grubb to realize he needs to do the full assessment even if the patient is recoiling in pain, if he cannot then state he cannot complete the assessment. The things that REALLY WAS BAD, then I got another call from another office personel, “our employee called you and is upset”. Accused me of yelling at her. Yes, I am worried my mother might lose her foot I might be a bit tense to first caller, but I was nice and thanked her and told her it was not her fault. So the office manager needs to call me and try to make me feel bad? For what value? Yes, to this person I had no patience and was not my truly loving self. NEVER go here!!
