1 /5 Carlos: What a major disappointment Dr. Trivedi’s office has become. I’ve been going to this practice for about 3 years. I’ve said yes to almost every treatment option since I’ve given them my full trust but as time eventually shows all colors, it is a wrong decision for me to continue to allow for this. In between a loss of my job and this my dental policy, I’ve been handed a $2,000 bill for an Invisalign treatment which I signed an agreement before the entire treatment which stated the financial responsibility I had agreed to. I paid my agreed share. Come forward 1 year into the treatment when I lost my job, I was told I would need to foot the rest of the bill. I still had buttons on 4 different top teeth and 2 bottom ones. I came back when I had a new job and new policy but they refused to only remove the buttons and discontinue the treatment unless I paid them $750. The worst part is that these buttons were causing periodic open gashes/sores on my inner lips and mouth from the abrasion. Otherwise they did not care about my concerns, or to try to find a middle ground, or the fact that they were causing me to bleed in my mouth. I called another competitor practice and they are charging me $150 for the removal to finish Dr. Trivedi’s work, which is straight forward procedure. I asked the office to have Dr. Trivedi call me back to see if I can settle this matter and I get absolutely no call back. The only narrative they’ve left me with before my departure was “not our problem, pay first”.
Before this I’ve had 2 instances where they’ve moved my appointments to other times without notice or had not agreed to the treatment I’ve been scheduled for. Without any prior communication or letting me know one day in advance.
