This is a privately owned practice and it is quite evident that their main mission is quality work and excellent customer service! I dread going to a dentist and usually put it off for as long as I can! Each and every person in this practice is awesome! They treat everyone in such a kind way! Dr. Camille is extraordinary, absolutely love her! Christina, the Office Manager, went over and above to get my appts fit in before the end of the year with my dental coverage! Kendall is a wonderful hygienist and every other staff member show they really care and the service is stellar! Love them and feel extremely grateful I found them!

5 /5 C M: It’s hard to imagine a dentist office could be so cheerful, caring, and friendly. Well look no further ~ Harbor City Dental was all of these and more. The office building from the outside was cheerful as well as the lobby was spacious, clean, decorated nicely.. The layout is open air divided by a wall. In my lifetime I’ve been to many dentists all good but something was different with Dr. Burnes’s, he was amazing! He “listened “ , understood what I was saying, and took his time explaining what needed to be done without me feeling rushed.. Along with his staff, they were cheerful, kind and pleasant . I was very grateful they were able to fit me in . My drive of 1 1/2 hrs. one way was very well worth it. CM

5 /5 Shakira Shakira: From the front desk and my dental hygienist to the dentist, the environment and friendly demeanor of everyone at Harbor City Dental makes any dental procedure less stressful! I truly appreciate my treatment plan and estimated out of pocket expense printout when I leave. Their new location is amazing but the same friendly faces. They understand me and my teeth. The dentist is no longer my least favorite place to visit.

I had a dental emergency, and they got me in right away , which I’m incredibly grateful for. Sophie at the front is always so kind and helpful, she truly works magic when it comes to scheduling and is just a ray of sunshine. Victoria, Dr. Alameen’s assistant, is amazing, so knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring. And Dr. Alameen is everything you want in a dentist: kind, compassionate, honest, and incredibly skilled. He lays out the treatment plan clearly and keeps your needs and financial allowance in mind. I’m so thankful I found this office!

feng zhen lin: I had my teeth cleaned at 321 Family Dental in Melbourne. Across from Home Depot. The did an excellent job cleaning. They had an opening Tuesday afternoon and Espee, who works there called me to see if I wanted to come. When I arrived dental hygienist Josee cleaned my teeth. She did an excellent job. She very careful and did a great job. The best experience I ever had. I want to sincerely thank those two great women. I will definitely return.

Bailey was very courteous and made my check in process super easy. Eddie, the dental assistant, is a very cool guy and made the visit relaxing and chill. Then Dr. Gonzalez came in, very knowledgeable dentist and I can tell he knows the up to date treatment, recommendations, and testing. I was looking for that personable dental office where an actual person picked up the phone instead of an automated service. I’m glad I found Dentists of Melbourne. Everyone was very nice and happy to be working there. Made the visit a nice experience. Highly recommend!

The office manager gives white-glove treatment and I immediately felt like part of the family. The entire staff including Dr. Mansfield were like tooth fairies in disguise. Marvin Reynolds: I went for an initial visit and everything seemed ok. I was told my teeth needed a deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover. I was told it would cost me $400 and would need to be paid before they would do the service or schedule the appointment. I told them my pay date and that I would pay on that date. They made the appointment. I then received an email that they were canceling my appointment because of non payment. They also sent a bill for the original visit that was not covered by my insurance! The procedure that was not covered Wes never discussed with me at the time! Do not go here!
