3 /5 Melinda Ortiz: wrong shade and very sensitive to hot, for the past 3 wks i havent been able to eat the sensitivity that i am enduring, its horrible, i cant deal with it anymore. DR Norman traumatized the nerve of my tooth i have never experienced so much pain in my life...
A new crown with the wrong shade and the nerve has been traumatized,,
i never had pain or sensitivity in none of my teeth.. i had temporary crown broke in two days,, i had to drive an hr for a replacement, the day i went for my permanent crown
IS THE WRONG SHADE and DR NORMAN cemented the crown with out even asking if wanted to wait to build a new one with the right shade????,, that is what DR TU (former dentist) would have done there and then no questions ask,she went on and cemented
,,,,the crown is white it doesnt match the rest of my teeth and molers it doesnt have the mental inside it just a porcelan cap i ask the assistant numerouse times if they had the shade on record?
i was told, they couldnt find it, thats wrong answer, not my fault...., So they build the crown WHITE she left cement in between and UNDER the crown..
There was cement fused between two crowns Dr Norman took dental floss and pulled upward 4 times as hard as you can imagen,, out of 4 times the dental floss snapped twice she pulled so hard that my whole body lifted from the chair, i was so upset at the 3rd pull i was in so much pain, i took the dental floss out of her hands and ask if i could try??? and i did, i was frustraded bleeding from the side of my lip,, which she cut with the dental floss trying to get the cement out from between two crowns, i told her the cement had harden to use an instrument,, then here comes the assistant and did the same thing twice and the floss also snapped,, twice!!!!,,, meantime im bleeding everywhere cut my lip with the dental floss,,, i swear i felt the front tooth in front of the crown come loose also cement was left under the crown which cause sensitivity to hot so i had to go back to get it scrapped..
i havent been able to eat for the past few wks now. I went back and saw Dr. Hutch hes very good he did everything that a dentist suppose to do, the tech cleaned the cement that Dr Norman left under the crown,
In all the years that i have been visiting this clinic,, this is a first, i had never complain about anything, Im still very sentive to hot i might even need a RC the whole side of my face hurts.. i did not need a RC i was fine before she decided to use dental floss wrap on both index finger then pull the living crap out of my teeth with so much force just to remove the cement that fused between two crowns that almost pull both of my teeth out. I hope Dr Norman pays for the root canal?? i wasnt planning on getting one i was not in pain nor sensitive when i got to the clinic, NOW im in alot of pain caused by dental negligence,,10 yrs of experience?? Dr Norman pulled with out even letting me know what she was about to do, it took me by surprise, 4 hard pulls i saw the stars i couldnt speak i was in so much pain, Then she said,, Their is out and then she left she did even ask if i was ok?? She is scary!!!!!!

Pulling between teeth. Pulling floss hard can damage gums, teeth, or the dental work (like a crown).While dental floss can be used to clean between teeth, its generally not recommended for removing cement between a crown and a tooth.Dr Norman pulled so hard
as if she was mad at the world and now im paying for it..Got a refund that doesnt take the pain away. you damage my tooth you pay for the RC..
