He was rude to my daughter and me.. just because she said what he was doing hurt, he took his gloves off threw them in the trash and walked out.. He didn’t say a word, jus walked out.. Very unprofessional.. I won’t be back..

Shannan Begley: Took my mom to the ER at 2 am. She was throwing up with bad abdominal pain. We were met at the door by a very nice security guard. He brought a wheelchair and pushed her inside. Once inside the ER they were quick to assess her. After the ct scan was read Dr. Smiley let us know she would be admitted for a bowel obstruction. Dr. Smiley and the nurses were absolutely wonderful, helping me and my mom feel comfortable and confident with her care. Once in her room, we continued to receive the same excellent care. Dr. Root, the nurses and techs were all excellent. They were very nice, professional and helpful. They were so good, I felt comfortable leaving my mom to go take care of her yorkie. I can’t tell you how wonderful it was knowing she was being treated well and taken care of. She was discharged this morning as the blockage resolved itself. If it hadn’t, I felt 100% confident in Dr. Root doing surgery on my mom. I want to say THANK YOU, to each person involved with my mom’s care!

I was quickly and politely taken care of, prescribed what I needed and sent on my way within one hour and a half. The admitting staff to the RN and Practitioner were extremely thorough, professional and comforting! 5 stars for sure!

From Cameron and the other EMT on the ambulance ride, to the ER nurse and the tech and the front desk people..Everyone was friendly, kind, and professional! All of our needs and requests were met quickly! The doctors orders were completed very quickly with results shared as soon as the nurse got them. We felt like we were in good hands the entire visit. The facility was super clean and had all the necessary supplies.We would definitely return to this facility if need be! On top of that, they called us the next day just to check on our loved one to see how he was doing!! They were just awesome!
