Elaine Sixt The staff was very welcoming and helpful upon my first visit. I had my New Patient consult with Dr. Hernandez and she was very thorough and was able to explain in detail the areas of concern and the procedures and treatment options available to me. The hygienist, Ima is very caring, gentle and probably one of the best I have ever had. I have anxiety before any dental procedure and she does make sure you are comfortable. You will always be informed before any procedure of the cost you will incur. I gave 4 stars because the insurance has changed for us.

Karen Harms Get a second opinion. I get my teeth cleaned every six months with one cavity my entire life. My first visit to this office I was told I have three cavities, yellow teeth, and need all these things done. Three weeks later I went to a new dentist and they were glad I came in. They saw no issues with my teeth. I was also told they were moving away from delta dental. They billed my insurance as well as charged me in office. I recommend confirming all billing before treatment as well as getting a second recommendation.

Natalie Dines I had my first visit on 1/27/25. I was promptly greeted by the receptionist upon entering which is wonderful because not all offices do this anymore. I was immediately impressed with the facility, very clean and decorated beautifully. I did not have to wait long before being taken back by Ashley to start my visit. I tend to get anxious and nervous at the dentist but felt comfortable with Ashley and truly appreciated her warm and welcoming demeanor. After my X-rays were completed Dr. V came in for my exam. He was very thorough and took his time to answer all my questions. After having a not so pleasant visit at different office I was very thankful for my experience at Caring Way. I have already scheduled my next visit and will without a doubt be recommending them to friends and family.

Bonnie Fern I have been to their office before they moved and twice now to their new location. Im an apprehensive patient and have had several extractions, all under sedation. I have been pleased with my experience every time. I saw Dr. Hernandez on my last two visits. He was friendly, caring and professional, as was all of the rest if the staff. They really hit 5 stars on evey facet of my experience, and thats rare. Initial phone contact was pleasant and helpful. I got help with coordinating the referral and was able to get in quickly, which was a Godsend since my tooth went from "just letting me know its there" to "Gosh, this is starting to hurt". Front desk nice, intake, financing, all friendly, helpful and professional. Nursing/surgical staff outstanding! I can highly recommend this office, speaking as an elderly and quite "chicken" patient and retired dentist).

Roz H Im not sure what happened to my first review of April 2, 2025 but I just want to restate that Dr. Zastro, who did my first procedure, was fantastic along with Barb her assistant. The Riegels Love them! They are always so kind they do an amazing job with the kiddos! They always make them feel relaxed and they talk to them like they are a person and not just a kid. My son loves that they have movies for the kids while they are getting their teeth cleaned and fixed. My daughter loves the fact that they are all women and they are super chill and friendly another plus is there gentle while working on their teeth.

Kelly My severely mentally handicapped son is fourteen years old and Joy is the first dentist that has EVER successfully cleaned his teeth (he has been to dozens of dentists over the years all over Southwest Florida). Her compassion, gentle touch, and calm nature was a soothing presence to him and I cannot recommend her enough. Definitely the best dentist not only in town, but all of Southwest Florida. Trust me-- Ive been to what feels like all of them at this point. I am beyond happy to have found such a wonderful place.

Jack Ziska I have experienced nothing but the best dental care from Dr. Reichardt, Dr. Cabrera, and Dr. Killingsworth, as well as the very kind and caring staff they have. They set a great example for what a dental practice should be. I’ve had multiple cleanings as well as a teeth-grinding mouthguard made and the turnaround time and fit of the mouthguard was great! Dr. Reichardt took the time to make sure the mouthguard fit perfectly and it has helped a lot! Highly recommend!!!

She is afraid of needles and gas doesnt always work in the time most dentists allow. n had a past bad experience. Well they took the time and not only explained but showed her each step. Mark Desmarais My wife recently broke a tooth that had a root canal. Dr Markgraf and his team were outstanding in her treatment that included cleaning up the remainder of the tooth, installing a new more durable post, rebuilding a tooth around the post and installing a new crown. My wife has dementia and they made accommodations so that I could stay with her through the entire process to help keep her calm. Dr Markgraf was very meticulous in making sure all the repairs were done with perfection! I highly recommend Dr Markgraf and his entire team!

G - Man Excellent group ; great for all my dental needs. Crowns, cleaning and everything in between. Ask for “Cristina” for all your dental hygienist needs. She is excellent at her profession. You can tell she enjoys it and is a consummate professional. She is very thorough, very focused and very personable. I highly recommend the practice as all dentists are also excellent! As said previously I have used them for many dental procedures and have always been very satisfied with their service.

Chris Ward My whole life I have feared the dentist. Let me tell you ever since I moved to the Port Charlotte area. Gulf Cove Dental is by far the greatest. Lori at the front desk makes it so easy with the appointments and all of the staff is amazing. The big guy owner Paul Feit is amazing, nicest guy to talk with and makes my fear of dentists go away. Five years now in Port Charlotte. If no insurance like myself they have great prices and are affordable. First time customers may be able to get X-Rays and initial exam for a one time new customer fee $99. Super clean office in Publix ,UPS Store, Joe’s Pizza shopping center across from McDonalds. I will not go anywhere else. This place hands down the Best !!

Haydee Kapin On 8/21/2024 I had my routine 6 months dental cleaning at Gulf Cove Dental ( Dr. Paul Feit). Brandee Philips was my hygienist. I was quite impressed with the service- from the friendly front desk staff, the high degree of professionalism and compassion from everyone. Brandee was gentle and friendly- was very accommodating to my needs (I am scared of any discomfort). She took time to allay my fears and provided very thorough patient education. Dr. Feit was also very comprehensive in discussing what is needed for the issue with my dental implants (- done in Miami 4 years ago) with slight recession in my gums. One of my concern relocating from Miami/Coral Gables is not finding the right professionals but having a great Dentist has been a blessing. Thank you Dr. Feit for having great practice, with knowledge/compassionate staff and with convenient location. (Haydee Kapin).

Brenda Mento The staff was courteous and professional and kept me occupied until dentist entered the room. Kept my nerves calm. Oh, and they have massage chairs for us. When dentist began working on my filling he noticed another issue appearing on the next tooth. He fixed it then continued to do the filling. He told me about it afterwards and said, no charge for other fix. Thank you Gulf Cove Dental!

Bessie Conner Dr Jakubaitis is wonderful and explains everything every step of the way. I had an after hours emergency where I had broken part of a molar. He called right back we discussed it and I was seen promptly. Where he was able to fix it for me. He has always been helpful and is a really good person. I love his office staff too. They get to know you by name and remember things so it always feels like a friendly gathering not going to the dentist. I appreciate the fact the know my situation and work with me. I would not go anywhere else.
