Even fixed my peeling heatshield under the car while it was up on the lift for free and helped me diagnose where a rattle I had in the back is coming from. Found my go to shop.

I took my 2009 Scion XD which ended up having quite a bit of work done (Struts, shocks, lower Control arm, battery, transmission mount, front brakes and oil change). Diego has always been honest and if he didnt think it was worth fixing, he would say something. After picking up my car, I felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. Nick Sweeney: Honest company that did outstanding body work on my Lexus IS 250. I purchased the vehicle in 2017 and it carried a salvage title due to a rear end accident. The roof of my Lexus began cracking and experiencing corrosion. Other companies provided quotes to weld/patch the roof. Master Auto Tech suggested I needed to replace the roof to do the job correctly and prevent future issues. They quoted me a very reasonable price to remove the roof, weld in a new one and paint. It was very fortunate that I listened to them because after removing the roof and interior, they discovered there were underlying issues with the structural support of the roof because previous accident repair was not done correctly. If I ignored these issues, the roof cracks would have returned. Master Auto Tech corrected these issues. Despite the fact that this extra work was not included in their estimate, they honoured the original quote they provided to me. Additionally, I was having issues with water getting into the trunk when I went through car washes. They discovered a drain line was installed incorrectly and they fixed this. This is a company that you can trust. Im very happy with the job they did for me.

Delores Andrijiszyn: I cant recommend Ideal Service Center enough! I would give them 100 stars if it were an option! I have visited their shop approximately 6 times and being a single female, I am always on guard of feeling like I am going to be taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge! Not here, they explain all work in detail so you have no surprise charges and understand what you are paying for. They are welcoming, prompt with appointment times and extremely courteous! A few years ago Mazda told me I needed over 3000.00 worth of work on my vehicle. I wanted a second opinion and was referred to this Shop. Upon checking, the mechanics at Ideal Service Center stated I needed none of the work Mazda recommended and to this day (3 yrs later), I still need none of it. I am so happy I found this shop and I without a doubt trust them implicitly! I want to give a big shout out to the Advisors Ray, Rodney and Ed as well as the mechanics! This will forever be my shop of choice!

I love that they did a full inspection and told us what needed to be done now & what will need to be done later so I can pick what I can afford now.
