5 /5 Nick Sweeney: Honest company that did outstanding body work on my Lexus IS 250. I purchased the vehicle in 2017 and it carried a salvage title due to a rear end accident. The roof of my Lexus began cracking and experiencing corrosion. Other companies provided quotes to weld/patch the roof. Master Auto Tech suggested I needed to replace the roof to do the job correctly and prevent future issues. They quoted me a very reasonable price to remove the roof, weld in a new one and paint. It was very fortunate that I listened to them because after removing the roof and interior, they discovered there were underlying issues with the structural support of the roof because previous accident repair was not done correctly. If I ignored these issues, the roof cracks would have returned. Master Auto Tech corrected these issues. Despite the fact that this extra work was not included in their estimate, they honoured the original quote they provided to me. Additionally, I was having issues with water getting into the trunk when I went through car washes. They discovered a drain line was installed incorrectly and they fixed this. This is a company that you can trust. Im very happy with the job they did for me.

To make matters more difficult, he has major trust issues when it comes to mechanics due to past bad experiences. That’s why we’ve been so impressed with this shop so far. From the very beginning, their communication has been absolutely outstanding. They responded quickly, answered all of our questions clearly, and have been incredibly transparent about the process, and exactly what will be done to the vehicle. We also really appreciated how quickly they were able to schedule us in, especially on short notice. Their professionalism and openness have given both of us a real sense of relief and confidence. We’ll update this review after the service is complete, but based on everything so far, we have high hopes and feel like we’re in good hands.

He came and jump started my vehicle, and ended up diagnosing that it was a bad battery, he went to the store buy the new one and replaced it in about an hour. Now my car turns on quickly. I definitely recommended!

5 /5 shuayb hanif: Let me start off by saying this is my third visit here. I have a car thats lowered. First time was pleasant and got my alignment done and was happy. Second time i changed a rear camber /toe arm and needed aligned again. Pleasant and job was done perfectly. Just today was my third visit to get an alignment done and a squeak i was hearing. They did the alignment and fixed the squeak at all half the price i would have paid somewhere else. These are honest people and i highly recommend them.
