Vista Park - Fort LauderdaleMichael Bellomo: Vista Park is a quiet little park with beach access used by locals. If you want a nice relaxing place with minimal people around, this beach is perfect. Only down side is that paid parking is limited and there are no restroom facilities.
Dolphin World - Fort LauderdaleKelly Hall: Very disappointed, we booked for both grandaughters to swim with the dolphins for their birthday present. We drove from Missouri to Destin and while we were driving we got a call canceling us. They said they are closed til further notice. They had 8 dolphins that had died this year. Talking to someone at a gas station stated theres more to the story. I have no idea what it is but my grandaughters are heartbroken. We paid over $600 for this gift. I was told will get a refund but this is not the point.

Xplore Miami Tour - Fort LauderdaleSue J: I book a tour with Xplore Miami through Expedia and Xplore Miami took my full payment in advance but never showed up to pick us up. Their phone number is disconnected and not taking messages through any of their contact options. They are unreliable and fraudulent.
Snyder Park - Fort LauderdaleHope Nelson: I recently visited the dog swim area at Snyder Park, and I can’t rave enough about our experience! This hidden gem is perfect for pups and their owners looking for a fun day in the water.
First and foremost, the clarity of the water is impressive. On a sunny day, you can see straight to the bottom, making it easy to spot any toys your dog might drop. The cleanliness of the area is also commendable; it’s evident that the park staff takes great care to maintain this space.
The layout is fantastic, with plenty of shade and seating for humans to relax while their furry friends splash around. My dog was overjoyed! she had a blast swimming and playing with other dogs, all in a safe and well-maintained environment.
The surrounding park offers lovely trails for a nice walk before or after swimming, making it a perfect outing. If you’re looking for a great place to let your dog enjoy some water fun, Snyder Park’s dog swim area is the place to be. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
George English Park - Fort LauderdaleHarrison C. Davies: From sunrise to sunset, enjoy this scenic cove of nature, which doubles as a lazy marina where you can throw in some water sports on the Intracoastal. Its also a great place for a quick walk or an afternoon picnic. Thank you City of Fort Lauderdale Parks and Recreation!
