5 /5 FRANK BATSCH: I cant tell you how quickly Dr. F had me breathing and hearing almost instantly. I had been to several walk in clinics but they only could address the outer ear with wax. That didnt do anything for me. Thought it was dirty hearing aids.had them cleaned and that didnt work. Dr. F took care of it and explained what was wrong. 5 /5 Pamela Washlick: Dr. Frank Filiberto and his staff are very kind and professional. He is very patient and takes every second that he needs to answer any questions, and to make sure the surgery and recovery process are going as expected. Everything was explained thoroughly so there was no surprises. I was not rushed nor did I feel like just a patient, I was treated like family. Although I am in early stages of recovery I could not be happier with the results. Will recommend him to all my family and friends.

1 /5 Tara: Ive never met a more dismissive, irresponsible doctor in my life. I saw Dr. Filiberto recently for an issue with my throat. Despite my insistence on the location of the trouble, he insisted it was my thyroid and sent me for imaging of ONLY my thyroid. I told him it wasnt as low as that, and that I felt persistent pain higher up. He basically mocked me in his office. Without ordering bloodwork, told me to take Synthroid. I sought a second opinion and had the correct area scanned. It turns out I have a 3.5 mm growth in the spot where he refused to look. Not only is this BAD medical practice, its BAD science. Why not send me for a scan where I am pointing to and complaining just to rule it out? I found out that I may have lymphoma. If I had listened to him, we never would have found this mass in my neck and I would unnecessarily be taking a synthetic hormone (again WITHOUT checking my existing hormone levels).
