1 /5 Gandi Ibrahim: Very poor service. Excellent team to check you in!!! After they check you in !!! Male nurse have no experience to operate the monitor to check heart peace maker device firing on my chest. He try very hard to read the catalog to operate the device to check the heart peace maker. 3 hours after waiting out side without any monitoring my heart or the monitor the peace maker the provider called me and sat near me on waiting area . Provider failed to call the peace maker representative to pause or adjust the firing device in my heart. The provider recommended to call a cardiology and make appointment. I left in severe pain and drove all the way to Health First Holmes in Melbourne. Within 15 minutes they admitted me in the hospital and more than 2 doctors checked my heart, they checked my peace maker. The call the devise representative to adjusted and they held me in the hospital to monitor my condition for 24 hours.

1 /5 Jon O: I’m here right now. My complaint is against Brittany Notman. I am a veteran 100% disabled. Diagnosed with severe PTSD, Lumbar Discdisease, Severe Panic Disorder and several other conditions. I came in today because 15 days ago I had an ablation for AFIB and PSVT. I’ve been having concerning palpitations. I am also prescribed Valium (up to 20mg a day) and Ativan (1mg-3mg) and typically take the 3. I came in because the VA nurses hotline was aware that I had lost (possibly stolen) Ativan scrips and was withdrawaling. They said the withdrawal is worrisome because I just had an ablation and my heart shouldn’t have the stress. After explaining vague details, she looked at the board of pharmacy and saw I was given an emergency script. Which is again as I stated not in my possession. She basically called me a liar and implied I was an addict. The 3 other medical staff all came and even apologized to me for how she treated me. Glad there were witnesses. I texted my lawyer. I offered to even give urine to prove I’m not a druggie and am withdrawing from my meds. But I was labeled and judged. If I was in a deathly emergency and Parrish was the closest hospital I’d beg to be taken anywhere else! The treatment of a veteran with the highest rated mental health issues is disgusting. If I’m treated like this, how are just ordinary citizens treated? I’ll be leaving here and going straight to the VA for real adequate care. Thanks Parrish for a traumatizing, dehumanizing and terrible experience. Plus the hour plus drive now I’ll be making to actually be treated as a human being. 1 /5 Crystal H: This was the worst hospital experience ever. First when you come in, they take your vitals in front of everyone else in the waiting room with zero privacy for your medical information or issues. Then you wait around in the lobby waiting room for someone to eventually take you to a side room for them to not allow you to explain anything and for them to not even take a look at the issue or anything. Literally no one even checked out what I told them my issue was, no one questioned anything I said, no one asked about what medications I was on - I had to offer that information to them which is crazy! Then I went back out into the lobby waiting room to wait for an X-ray, which they didn’t even test to see if I was pregnant or anything before having me do. I was told results of the X-ray would be 30 minutes and about 2 hours later I hadn’t heard anything and still had not received anything for the pain I told them was an 11 out of 10. Then, when I finally asked someone about getting something for the pain that they promised me 2+ hours prior, I was finally called into the back to “go over my X-ray results” which consisted of me sitting in another waiting room less than 2 ft from another patient and having them say nothing is wrong with you and tell my medical history and have them ask me personal medical questions right in front of some random person who was also a patient - horrifying! Oh, and then they never gave me a work note after they told me they had one and we had to come back inside to wait another 30 minutes for them to write that up and get the information wrong so I can’t even use it. Also, the lady who comes around and asks your personal information (SSN, insurance, phone number, etc) does so in the lobby in front of all the other people waiting instead of taking you into a room where you can safely give them the information so no one steals your social or information. Overall, this was an absolutely atrocious experience and I’m still in excruciating pain because everyone was incompetent (except the xray tech who was a sweetheart). I would rather drive an hour to the next closest hospital than come to this place again, what a horrifying experience I never knew was possible. P.S. the comment they give with phone numbers, I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails on for 2 days and no one has answered or called back

5 /5 Jonathan Feliciano: We arrived and after the security check up we were checked in and were asked about symptoms etc. And our vitals were taken. Regular procedure. Then we were told to sit and wait, meanwhile someone comes and gets your insurance information. After that everything moves pretty quick. For us there wasnt much wait at all. They even gave us heated blankets when we asked since it was cold without a s3xond thought. Everyone was well knowledgable and professional. Will recommend this place since we had a good experience. They speak both english and spanish. Which is nice as well. Thank you to the ER team and doctors for the great hospitality.

5 /5 Amanda Lane: I gave the hospital 5 stars, because it did exactly what a hospital is supposed to do. My family and I were visiting the area from Tennessee, when one night my elderly mother began having severe chest pains. We took her straight to the closest emergency room which was at Parrish Medical Center. Yes, the ER was busy and full of people, but the staff made sure to take my mom immediately into a room and perform an ekg test to assess her chest pain. Turns out she was not ok and needed care immediately and that’s exactly what she received. She was taken straight back into a room where her a doctor and nurse immediately began treating her. Dr. Olson and her nurse Kristen were beyond helpful and caring. They each took the time to walk us all through what was happening, the medications they needed to give her, and what was going to happen every step of the way. My mother needed to stay in the hospital for a couple days but after that walked out alive and well. My family is extremely grateful to the ED staff and the care they provided my mother that night. They saved her life. Thank you Dr. Olson for your medical knowledge and kindness, and to her RN, Kristen thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the care, support, and love that you gave to my mother that night.
