1 /5 Hannah Moore: I am extremely disappointed with the service at this dental office for my family.The front desk staff, particularly Xavier Hernandez, was incredibly unhelpful, with a very bad attitude and dismissive tone. It felt as though he had no interest in assisting or answering our questions, which made the entire experience frustrating from the start.
Additionally, this office’s billing practices are highly questionable. They charged for services that were not provided and made it difficult to book with the doctor we specifically requested, instead pushing new, unfamiliar staff on us. This felt deceptive and unprofessional, and we felt pressured into appointments we didn’t want.
To make matters worse, the hygiene at this office is very poor, which is unacceptable in a medical setting. The environment did not feel clean or properly sanitized, which only added to our discomfort and concerns about the quality of care.
Overall, this place comes across as a scam, prioritizing profits over patient care. We were very disappointed and will absolutely never return. I strongly recommend finding a more reputable and patient-focused dental office.
