1 /5 J: Long story short, just got off the phone with one of there employees. I had a front tooth filled less than a year ago and the same filling fell out a week ago. I have had to call them numerous times to find out it they fill pay to have the tooth fixed as I am not in Florida at the moment. I was just informed that they wont cover it. There was no legitimate reason for them not to. They did the work and the filling came out. Basically told to take a hiken and that they were refusing to take care of there failed work! Exceptional customer service?! I think not

1 /5 Aaron Jensen: 3 dry sockets and he didnt stitch up the wisdom teeth Holes. Overcharges and sends you another bill after you already paid and then threatens you with collections. Horrible experience to say the least. Wont be going back. And there are so many better doctor locally.

1 /5 margaret newton: Deformed lip..went in for a crown and left with a permanent droop to my lip. Went in twice at first for them to look at and one dentist said probably a hurt nerve, might take up to a year to heal. It has been a year and 6 months..better but not good. Went in again to see dentist that created problem with a shot and he denied it was even possible and wants me to go to a specialist on my dime. He was very aggresive. I would say to stay away from this place.

1 /5 Lou S: CANNOT RECOMMEND. Beware of scam. Navy family here. Left the dentist in following wisdom tooth pulling in Aug 2021 and paid the bill. Got a bill for $4k two months later. Spent the next year dealing with the bill. The dentist assured us the bill was wrong and disregard it. Another bill kept coming, usually for less, but never less than $1.5k. We were afraid of the bill going to collection, but the dentist assured us not to worry - just disregard the bill and they would straighten it out. Well, the bill went to collection for $1.5k. Dont go to Dr. Freidman! Hell rip you off.

5 /5 Sandra Barron: It is 49 hours since my left rear molar came out -- I am find and recovered -- back to my regular activities. I had a fine nights sleep and there is just a slight soreness --guess I should be taking the Advil he prescribed. The staff is very reassuring. I got a call this morning to see and I was doing -- my response was great. I will be going back shortly to get a thorough cleaning and am not anxious. The thing that impressed me was receiving a paper with an after hours number in case I has a problem --- I slept soundly with it under my pillow. After moving to this area recently I had looked at other dental practices and visited one. I was unimpressed till I got here -- Dr. Friedman did a great job -- and I have no trouble recommending him to anyone.
