pattie crew Dr Cline and staff were beyond outstanding. On time and professional. The office is beautiful and pristine clean. Dr Cline explained everything in detail and checked on me throughout the procedure. A root canal is no fun but trust in the dentist is special. Five stars and more…

Nicole W I was referred to Endodontic Partners of Florida after a truly appalling experience at Wildlight Family Dental, where the dentist had the audacity to ask me if I had Googled my symptoms before coming in. I walked into Endodontic Partners hopeful for a solution, and while Dr. Cline performed a CT scan and confirmed a reinfection at the root canal site, things quickly took a turn for the worse. She recommended retreating two teeth, and I asked several legitimate, thoughtful questions about why the initial procedure failed, what would happen if the symptoms didn’t improve, and if there would be follow-up care. I also explained that amoxicillin hadn’t worked and inquired about alternative antibiotics that might be more effective. I was simply trying to understand my options and advocate for my own health, which is what any responsible patient should do. The very next day, in excruciating pain, I called the office hoping for a different antibiotic to get me through the week. But when the receptionist called me back, I was blindsided. Dr. Cline decided to drop me as a patient. She claimed that I wasn’t satisfied with her diagnosis and that she no longer felt comfortable treating me. Let me be clear—I never questioned her expertise or her plan. I was merely asking for more information and clarification, which is entirely reasonable when youre dealing with an ongoing, painful issue. To be told that I wasn’t “worthy” of care simply for asking questions was not only unprofessional—it was downright cruel. Instead of taking responsibility for the fact that she might not have been the right fit to treat my issue, Dr. Cline hid behind a fabricated excuse and blamed me for her own lack of confidence and accountability. I never asked for anything other than transparency and a plan that would bring relief. After an hour of crying, trying to process the betrayal and shock, I realized what had happened. Dr. Cline wasn’t confident in her ability to help me, but instead of being honest, she had her receptionist do the dirty work and blame me. This wasn’t just bad customer service—it was a heartless, callous response to a patient in pain. I walked away feeling completely abandoned, as though my health didn’t matter to her at all. Endodontic Partners of Florida has failed me in every way possible. They’ve shown no empathy, no professionalism, and no accountability. Their priority is not patient care—it’s protecting their egos and avoiding any responsibility for their mistakes. This place is a joke, and I will never, ever recommend it to anyone. If you want a practice that treats you with dignity and works with you to find solutions, stay far, far away from this heartless, unprofessional establishment.

Heather Scott My 14 year old son needed a root canal and was sent to a different endodontist from his pediatric dentist. They wanted a ridiculous amount for the root canal and the office staff was awful, so I did some research and found Endodontic Partners of Florida. It was close to home. The office staff was super nice, helpful, and was able to get us in quickly. The price was amazing compared to what we were quoted by another endodontist. My son was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Cline and Melissa were absolutely amazing with him. They talked him through each step and told him what to expect. By the end of the root canal, he was very much at ease and he said he felt no pain at all. I highly recommend Dr. Cline!!! Shes the best around!

Kristine Julien IGD has a fantastic team! Everybody is very nice and professional. My hygienist, Kelly, was very thorough and gave me one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Dr. Lovett is great, she took more time with me than most dentists I’ve been to. Overall a comfortable, enjoyable experience. I highly recommend.

Gloria Zavala My son happened to be in the area in August because he attends college in Savannah and he had recently had an accident where his front tooth was chipped. He decided to look for a dentist to get it fixed and he found this place. He went August 7th to get a bonding done and it is now December 19 and his tooth chipped once again from simply putting his teeth together. He wasn’t eating or chewing anything. Obviously the work done was very poor. I called the office to explain what had happened and obviously the person I spoke to would not even let me finish what I wanted to say. She kept interrupting me and then goes on to say, “Oh maybe he wasn’t wearing his guard?” What guard my son doesn’t wear a guard because he doesn’t grind his teeth. His tooth chipped due to an accident! We don’t live in Fernandina and obviously I am not going to drive 8 hours to have this dentist repair the tooth again. It’s not worth the tolls and gas I would have to pay. Plus, I’m sure it would chip once again in no time if it happened already within 4 months! I’ve had a bonding done here in Miami and it’s been 5 years and I haven’t had any issues and it’s on the same front tooth. I’ll be looking for a dentist here and obviously I’m going to have to pay a copayment just like I did at this place and so now I’ve lost money due to the poor job that was done to begin with! Thanks Amelia Perfect Smile!

Anna Battista I love Dr. Vienneau! She listens she cares I’ve had a lot work done from me being afraid to go to the Denist. Her staff is amazing they are always accommodating and make you feel comfortable.

Patti Ashe The Dr. may do good work however, I found the staff to be needing some lessons in customer service. 1 assistant insulted me, the front desk does not know how to smile, greet you promptly or return calls. This office was recommended by my periodontist and I will let them know how I was treated.

Khalil Ghannam I made an appointment with Dr. Vinneau and she saw me the very next day. Upon arrival I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that took great care in understanding my needs. I was very impressed from the receptionist down to the Dental Assistant to Dr. Vinneau. When Dr. Vinneau came to see me (on time) she was so gracious and generous with her knowledge. I feel like I am in capable hands moving forward to get some restoration done.

Kevin Schrick Asked Dr. Gelmans office to order some replacement parts for a fitted mouthguard. Was told by their office that I would have to contact my original dentist from 15 years ago to have them order it. If youre not will to do the work, Ill go elswhere.

Nicole Moats Dr. Gelman is beyond unprofessional. After coming in to the room 45 minutes late he proceeds to tell me that is is not Chinese Take Out because I asked him not to use Desinsitizing gel. I cut him off during his ridiculous rant and said I would go somewhere else. So much for being loyal to the practice for years!!

Deanne Young I was told by Dr Hall at my initial appointment that i called to get because of pain i was having on the bottom left side of my mouth that I would need to have a root canal, a crown and some for..of lase done. Fast forward, I went I. To have the work done and I was told everything I thought was incorrect. The nuse wanted to take some x-rays ( which would make the most sense) but per Dr Hall just reschedule. I was very offended when my husband was told by Dr Hall, I didnt know what I needed and Im medicated right now. Please understand no one I know wants their mouth worked on for fun. The nurse stated there werent x-rays done for the right side that proves my point. I wont be going back, they could have said sorry it something.

Nicholas Anderson The dental office has zero organization, and zero ability to work with children. My daughters first time and they did absolutely nothing to help her be calm. Simply got quickly impatient and declined to go further and just push her to someone else. Completely wasted my time off early from work. We were in the office for maybe 3 min total. Avoid this awful place if you can.

J Long story short, just got off the phone with one of there employees. I had a front tooth filled less than a year ago and the same filling fell out a week ago. I have had to call them numerous times to find out it they fill pay to have the tooth fixed as I am not in Florida at the moment. I was just informed that they wont cover it. There was no legitimate reason for them not to. They did the work and the filling came out. Basically told to take a hiken and that they were refusing to take care of there failed work! Exceptional customer service?! I think not

Aaron Jensen 3 dry sockets and he didnt stitch up the wisdom teeth Holes. Overcharges and sends you another bill after you already paid and then threatens you with collections. Horrible experience to say the least. Wont be going back. And there are so many better doctor locally.

margaret newton Deformed lip..went in for a crown and left with a permanent droop to my lip. Went in twice at first for them to look at and one dentist said probably a hurt nerve, might take up to a year to heal. It has been a year and 6 months..better but not good. Went in again to see dentist that created problem with a shot and he denied it was even possible and wants me to go to a specialist on my dime. He was very aggresive. I would say to stay away from this place.

Melinda Gelis Amazing, caring professional!! He spent time talking to me about the procedure and the pros/cons. I have never had a doctor be that thorough! I would definitely recommend. 100%!

Dan L I was recently referred to Dr. Britto in Fernandina by my regular dentist. The dentist didnt like one of my x-rays and advised that it would probably involve a root canal and then a crown. When I went to my consult, Dr. Brittos staff took new x-rays and then a CT scan (which they didnt charge me for) of the area in question. The doctor then came in after reviewing all the pictures and explained why I DIDNT need a root canal. I didnt understand everything he was trying to explain but I do understand that Dr. Britto is a one of a kind doctor. Thank you, sir.

joe john The whole place is like a dental assembly line. The people who did my cleaning were quite rude and condescending, especially when they mocked what I did for a living. They were very rough and painful. They also did a procedure on me that afterwards they admitted it was completely unnecessary. Ive had better work done while i was still living in Mexico.

S Daniel I have been a patient for years and never had to wait more than 5 minutes! Though the place is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, it has a relaxing vibe. Everyone is polite and professional from beginning to end. They stop at the slightest hint of discomfort, to “re-numb”! By far the best dental practice I’ve used. And having lifelong problem teeth, I’ve seen many.

DeeDee Moore I had a old root canal that needed to be re-evaluated and it happened out of nowhere. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and was in a lot of pain. I called and they immediately fit me in. I came in for my evaluation. The whole staff were so nice and accommodating. Dr. Britto is very nice and knows what he’s doing. He decided I needed to have my root canal redone and he fit me in same day so it wouldn’t put my baby at risk. I had to sit in the dental chair for about 2 hours while they worked on fitting me in but it was no problem because they let me watch TV and checked on me often. I was just so thankful they were willing to fit me in same day. Dr. Britto did a quick and thorough job and made sure I left all fixed so I wouldn’t have to keep coming back. He’s a very nice and funny man. I highly recommend him.

Ekaterina Morrissey Pushing X rays is never appealing to me as I am an X ray tech and know exactly how damaging they are to our body, besides the dental X rays causing brain tumors is well documented. And that is exactly what happened when I walk in on my first visit. Ive had X rays taken less than a year ago from my previous dentist and dr Van Etta insisted of taking new X rays b/c he couldnt read the old ones. Really! How did the old dentist read them? X ray is an X ray, think photograph. Pushing X rays for dentist is the same thing as pushing drugs for conventional doctors. Same evil. X Rays cost a lot of money and they suck it from the insurance, indeed, you, the patient, are still to pay at the end from you tax-payer money and who knows what they will advise you to remove from your mouth that could stay there no problem. The bunch of whales at the reception were not that friendly, and one particularly very obese told me "Its a good idea!" after I said I am traveling to my native country in Europe and will see a dentist there. I didnt get a warm feeling at all and instead I felt pushed, rushed towards their money making routine, lets get you fix-type- of thing…although I was there for a cleaning only and to meet the dentist, thats all. I do not recommend this clinic.
