pattie crew Dr Cline and staff were beyond outstanding. On time and professional. The office is beautiful and pristine clean. Dr Cline explained everything in detail and checked on me throughout the procedure. A root canal is no fun but trust in the dentist is special. Five stars and more…

Nicole W I was referred to Endodontic Partners of Florida after a truly appalling experience at Wildlight Family Dental, where the dentist had the audacity to ask me if I had Googled my symptoms before coming in. I walked into Endodontic Partners hopeful for a solution, and while Dr. Cline performed a CT scan and confirmed a reinfection at the root canal site, things quickly took a turn for the worse.
She recommended retreating two teeth, and I asked several legitimate, thoughtful questions about why the initial procedure failed, what would happen if the symptoms didn’t improve, and if there would be follow-up care. I also explained that amoxicillin hadn’t worked and inquired about alternative antibiotics that might be more effective. I was simply trying to understand my options and advocate for my own health, which is what any responsible patient should do.
The very next day, in excruciating pain, I called the office hoping for a different antibiotic to get me through the week. But when the receptionist called me back, I was blindsided. Dr. Cline decided to drop me as a patient. She claimed that I wasn’t satisfied with her diagnosis and that she no longer felt comfortable treating me. Let me be clear—I never questioned her expertise or her plan. I was merely asking for more information and clarification, which is entirely reasonable when youre dealing with an ongoing, painful issue.
To be told that I wasn’t “worthy” of care simply for asking questions was not only unprofessional—it was downright cruel. Instead of taking responsibility for the fact that she might not have been the right fit to treat my issue, Dr. Cline hid behind a fabricated excuse and blamed me for her own lack of confidence and accountability. I never asked for anything other than transparency and a plan that would bring relief.
After an hour of crying, trying to process the betrayal and shock, I realized what had happened. Dr. Cline wasn’t confident in her ability to help me, but instead of being honest, she had her receptionist do the dirty work and blame me. This wasn’t just bad customer service—it was a heartless, callous response to a patient in pain. I walked away feeling completely abandoned, as though my health didn’t matter to her at all.
Endodontic Partners of Florida has failed me in every way possible. They’ve shown no empathy, no professionalism, and no accountability. Their priority is not patient care—it’s protecting their egos and avoiding any responsibility for their mistakes. This place is a joke, and I will never, ever recommend it to anyone. If you want a practice that treats you with dignity and works with you to find solutions, stay far, far away from this heartless, unprofessional establishment.

Heather Scott My 14 year old son needed a root canal and was sent to a different endodontist from his pediatric dentist. They wanted a ridiculous amount for the root canal and the office staff was awful, so I did some research and found Endodontic Partners of Florida. It was close to home. The office staff was super nice, helpful, and was able to get us in quickly. The price was amazing compared to what we were quoted by another endodontist. My son was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Cline and Melissa were absolutely amazing with him. They talked him through each step and told him what to expect. By the end of the root canal, he was very much at ease and he said he felt no pain at all. I highly recommend Dr. Cline!!! Shes the best around!
