1 /5 Micah Rapack: I do not recommend this company. I not only heard bad things about them but experienced it myself. My truck took over a month to repair. They returned telling me I needed new ac compressor and condenser and after examining under the hood, the AC pressure switch was unplugged In the system was overcharged. Did not need anything AC is working. Also they returned my tire going flat. I do not recommend.

1 /5 Ashley: Been going to frimet A to Z for years. Didn’t realize they changed owners but you definitely feel it walking in. Very trashy now along with how they treat their customers. Eric has no customer service skills and they tried giving me the female treatment and telling me things were wrong with my jeep that aren’t bad. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this place. Especially if you’re a female.

5 /5 Joel Segal: This was the first time I went to Dream Coast Auto and now, I wont go to another auto shop again! They have a friendly family atmosphere. I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off. The care that they showed me and my vehicle was one of the best experiences Ive had while having work done on my vehicle in Panama City Beach. If you prefer spending your money on local businesses, this is the place for you! The new owners already have an awesome staff that are doing great work. The kindness and professionalism started when I walked into the inconspicuous building and talked with Sean at the front. A few months before, a dealership not to be named, told me that my vehicle required about $1800 worth of services. Sean did some research and the mechanics checked over my vehicle and I only ended up paying $555 with most of the service being accomplished. Dont let the exterior fool you; theyll take care of you and your vehicles for less!

Eventually part after part kept needing to be replaced but he worked his butt off trying to make sure my car would start by the time I needed to go back home and that was my main concern . He worked with me price wise and was a good guy overall I would recommend him if you need somebody to work on your car

Imagine YOUR grandmothers truck on YOUR GRANDMOTHERS PRIVATE PROPERTY gets towed(NOT IN AN HOA) because a neighbor called and the negligent tow truck driver didnt verify information. Now your poor grandmothers left with the tow bill(that wouldnt have happened if not for again, negligence). This company doesnt care as long as they get paid. Absolute garbage business ethics there, bud. Judging by other reviews, who knows if theres any additional damage to the drivetrain now as well from being dragged. Ill be making sure nobody in my circles call you guys

Once everything arrived, they got the job done right. The quality of the repair was excellent — my car looks and drives like new again. What really stood out is that even after the repairs were finished, they’ve still been helpful and responsive with any follow-up questions or small adjustments. Mike is a good hearted guy , and will go to end of the earth to make sure his work is perfectly done. I am a 24 year old female & never tried to get over on me he treats me like one if his own. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Back in February, I brought my 2021 Kia Seltos in for a concerning noise from the front end. The team quickly identified that the issue was with the struts. What really impressed me, though, was their honesty – they recommended I take the car to Kia since it might be covered under warranty. I followed their advice, and sure enough, it was! More recently, I brought my car back in for an oil change and brake service. Once again, the service was excellent. The staff is always professional, thorough, and transparent about the work needed. Ronnies Auto Repair - Panama City Beach

Phillip Peterson: Avoid this place. Ronnies came highly recommended. My radiator hose broke in half so I replaced it in a gas station parking lot. Drove a couple miles and it started over heating and leaking fluid. I towed it to Ronnies. They said the hose I replaced was too long and created a kink, stopping the fluid. The cut the hose down and reinserted it. Two days later my battery gauges were going crazy and popped the hood and a cable going to the positive terminal wires were exposed. The first picture is my battery before I took it to Ronnies, the second picture is the battery after I got it back. I took it up there and they fixed it up for me, no charge, thank you. Now 5 days later I get out to my truck and its completely dead. I jump it and drive it home. Next morning its dead. I jump it , drive it to Autozone and have them do a battery and alternator test and he says they are both fine. As we are testing the battery , coolant starts leaking from the seal of the radiator. I drive it to Ronnies and call them the next morning and tell them whats up. I tell him they came highly recommended but its been a little bumpy but im still trying to givd them my business. He calls me back couple hours later and tells me the truck is starting up fine and seems to be good. I ask him what about the radiator, is it a thermostat? He says they arent even going to look at that. I asked why? And he said because they dont want to be tied to my truck anymore than what they already are? When speaking with Ronnies and Brian at the counter. They are both very defensive. They have seem defensive with everything from the very beginning. After talking with other people, Ive heard more people with bad experiences than the one person who highly recommend them. Save yourself the time and trouble and find a different mechanic.
