Im a huge chicken when it comes to dental work, but of course realize the importance of healthy teeth. Park Avenue Dental makes a patient feel comfortable, from the first phone call, to the front office staff, to the dental hygienists, the dental assistant and also Dr. Shane. Just this morning, I had major prep work done for a bridge. Dr. Shane and Melissa did everything they could to make me feel comfortable the entire time, explained the process every step of the way. My fear of dental work is finally subsiding, just by having a dental office with staff that actually cares.
I wholeheartedly recommend this office!

The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist made me feel comfortable right away and explained everything she was doing, which helped ease any nerves. The dentist was professional, kind, and took time her time to answer my questions without rushing. The office itself is clean and calming, which added to the overall great experience. I’m glad I chose them and feel confident about continuing my dental care here.
D&P Dentistry - Gainesville Koral Ragasa: I brought my 3-year-old to her first dentist check-up and I’m in love with all of the staff. The place was very brand-new and so clean and comfortable and I loved the energy. They were so patient and so sweet to us and my kid. Will be back!

Tioga Dental at Celebration Pointe - Gainesville Meredith Perry: Let me be honest, I am scared of the dentist. I grew up with a great dentist but he is no longer in business and I have been on the search for a new dentist. I have been several places and have come to view it like taking my car to the shop where I’m led to believe that there is a lot wrong and if I don’t cough up at least $1000 dollars immediately my teeth are going to fall out and don’t get me started on pain. Tioga at Celebration and Dr. B are different. Dr. B treats me like an intelligent human capable of making my own choices. She reviews the options with me and lets me make informed choices. She doesn’t try to do procedures to bill and make money she just tries to care for her patients. That would be enough to keep me but then there’s the front office staff who go above and beyond to make sure that billing and scheduling is done correctly and efficiently they are incredibly welcoming and warm and could not be kinder. I love this place! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who listens to your needs and concerns with a staff who will support and respond appropriately.

Santa Fe Family Dental - Gainesville Angelina Valo: I have gone here for a few years now but recently my experience has gone downhill. I was billed inappropriately for my hygienist appointment, and the office manager, Denise, continually spoke over me and was rude when my mouth was half numb and I couldn’t speak fast enough to get my point across. My first filling appointment was fine, but my last filling-my tongue and jaw were numb. But I had no idea why I felt like I was choking. Maybe my tongue was swollen? When I started digging around at home, the dentist and DA had left two pieces of cotton under my tongue and in my gums. This was just horrible for me. It is very negligent that these items were left behind in my mouth, while they stress I shouldn’t consume anything while I’m numb for choking/biting hazards. I won’t even bother to notify the office because the last time I brought an issue forward it was not received well. I don’t know why my experiences here have gone sour, but I am currently not returning. I have worked very hard for my money and I don’t appreciate the quality of services I have received.
