As soon as you walk through their front door, you immediately feel a sense of warmth and professionalism that they give to all their patients! Deann is an amazing person, who is so knowledgeable and helpful! I have entrusted my dental care with this practice for 14 yrs now and will not go anywhere else!!

It has a beautiful and very comfortable waiting room, and the check-in staff are some of the most pleasant people to welcome you in! It’s very easy to make and reschedule appts. The oral hygienists go out of their way to make sure that you’re comfortable. They are very communicative during cleanings and procedures, and always check in to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain. They have heated massage chairs for when you’re being seen and you can choose whatever channel you want to watch on TV. I have not had a single bad experience and joke with friends about how relaxing my dental experiences are! I was recommended here by a friend and have since recommended a few other people in the area. Please do yourself a favor and check them out!

Meredith Perry: Let me be honest, I am scared of the dentist. I grew up with a great dentist but he is no longer in business and I have been on the search for a new dentist. I have been several places and have come to view it like taking my car to the shop where I’m led to believe that there is a lot wrong and if I don’t cough up at least $1000 dollars immediately my teeth are going to fall out and don’t get me started on pain. Tioga at Celebration and Dr. B are different. Dr. B treats me like an intelligent human capable of making my own choices. She reviews the options with me and lets me make informed choices. She doesn’t try to do procedures to bill and make money she just tries to care for her patients. That would be enough to keep me but then there’s the front office staff who go above and beyond to make sure that billing and scheduling is done correctly and efficiently they are incredibly welcoming and warm and could not be kinder. I love this place! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who listens to your needs and concerns with a staff who will support and respond appropriately.

Angelina Valo: I have gone here for a few years now but recently my experience has gone downhill. I was billed inappropriately for my hygienist appointment, and the office manager, Denise, continually spoke over me and was rude when my mouth was half numb and I couldn’t speak fast enough to get my point across. My first filling appointment was fine, but my last filling-my tongue and jaw were numb. But I had no idea why I felt like I was choking. Maybe my tongue was swollen? When I started digging around at home, the dentist and DA had left two pieces of cotton under my tongue and in my gums. This was just horrible for me. It is very negligent that these items were left behind in my mouth, while they stress I shouldn’t consume anything while I’m numb for choking/biting hazards. I won’t even bother to notify the office because the last time I brought an issue forward it was not received well. I don’t know why my experiences here have gone sour, but I am currently not returning. I have worked very hard for my money and I don’t appreciate the quality of services I have received.

helen m: Go to their Alexandria office not here. Seems like they are disorganized. You cancelled last minute on me and messed up my plans. Very unprofessional. I had to fly in and out and all my work schedule was messed up. You knew by the weekend weather prediction it was going to snow and still decided to wait until few hours before canceling. But if we customers cancel we get charged a hefty amount. You could’ve cancelled it just like the other office on Friday and called it a day. Do better

Additionally, the dentist told me which cavities were top priority, but proceeded to fill minor ones- even though we discussed doing the most important ones first. I am really at a Lost- I gave it 2 stars instead of one bc the dentist and staff were friendly. But quality of work was not good.
