5 /5 George Chretien: I have been working with Gary/Robert and their team for over a decade. Both of these gentlemen are a pleasure to work with. I find their work to be of superior quality. They stand by their work, no matter how big or small the repair may be. I have referred several of my friends and every one of them has been satisfied with the work performed. Having a go to team for all my automotive needs is must and Gary and his team meet all of my needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

1 /5 Earth Healer: I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes places need to receive constructive feedback so they can improve. This place kinda sucks 1. The service manager (the guy, not the lady) on the phone was always rude every time I called 2. They are quite pricey for pretty poor service 3. It took them nearly 2 months to finish my car 4.The service manager just really rubbed me the wrong way with his combative attitude and his lack of listening skills. Other than that I really wanted to like this place because its close to my house and convenient to get to but after this experience I wont be going back.

1 /5 Parker Maddox: I had a really bad experience with this shop. I dropped my car off with engine problems 9/2 on a Tuesday and was told it would be looked at that day . 9 days later its still there and I was told 5 times it would be looked at and it wasnt. The only tech that could work on engines was having some health issues and I understand they were not able to get to the car like they said they would. But telling a customer that it will be done over and over caused me 2 weeks of rental expenses and still looking at expenses for the fix. My advice would be to tell future clients you just cant get to it until next week or 7 days from now whatever it is and let them decide. Swaunders took my car right in and put it as a priority .

1 /5 martin S: Just reading some bad reviews , no surprise really. Been a few years but they had my Explorer up there for a month, should have never went back but I did, liked Gary. Next time they replaced rear wheel bearings, apparently before putting brake backing plate on. Solution? They cut backing plate in two. Wife says next day theres a grinding noise. Another shop in Ocala showed me what they did. Real nice..
