    Belinda Harvey: Felt comfortable with their diagnostic. I was impressed of their honesty and professionalism. The diagnostic was explained (computer reading shown) and a breakdown of cost was shown as well. I felt comfortable that they were being honest with their diagnostic. I’ve had bad experiences, 3 to be exact before coming to Rothe’s so I know what I am talking about. They never pushy to make me have the repair done with them. But they exactly determined what the issue was. Luckily the issue is a recall with the vehicle’s maker (Mike, with Rothe’s even told me). So I didn’t have to have Rothe’s do the repair work. That’s how honest they are. God bless you guys and keep getting more referrals as they are a very reliable repair shop. I will definitely continue doing business with them.

They gave me a quote that seemed fair and had it fixed by next morning. Didn’t try to push other stuff on me which I appreciated. Place was clean and the guy explained what happened in a way I actually understood. Car’s been running fine since. I’m always nervous going to auto shops but this one made it easy. I’d go back again if anything else breaks down. Good experience overall.

I contacted the company on Tuesday spoke with Adam, he advised for me to drop the car off and to leave the car on Wednesday. He clearly advised their busy and have a lot of vehicles to service. Due to unforeseen events the car was diagnosed on Thursday. Thursday, Adam contacted me & provided detailed information for the AC. He explained the diagnostic, reason, cause, and what was needed to improve the AC in the car. I gave him the yes for repairs. Adam called me back for pick up. I appreciated his direct honesty, being fair & transparent about the unforeseen events that took place on Wednesday, and for showing me he is loyal to what he said he will do in my situation.
