4 /5 Amanda: EDIT!!!!! I have added 3 stars because, in my opinion, the company has made the situation right. I am on the phone now with Terrance and he is refunding the $200.93 I paid for the diagnostic testing. Obviously, I can not give 5 stars because of the situation that occurred, but I appreciate Terrance making it right.
I would never use this company! The car was dropped off for a diagnostic and I asked for the diagnostic report/estimate to be emailed to me. Waited, got a phone call stating it needs a new engine and it will be estimated around 3-4k. Was told that they would call me back with a concrete cost and when they did, it shot up to 5k. I asked again for the diag/estimate to be emailed. Waited for a week with no email. Then I called during working hours, got a vm, left a DETAILED vm and sent a message via their contact us on the website and still nothing. I called this morning and now all of the sudden, because the comment was said that "the car isnt even worth 5k" (2008 Nissan Altima with 75k miles), that is was a lot of work" to write up a diag report/repair quote. I said, so I am paying you $200 just to do a diagnostic and just trust what are you saying needs to be fixed without seeing anything on paper? Terrace stuttered (not that he has a speech impediment, just that he knew what he was saying sounded absurd) over his words and just repeated that is "a lot of work".
