I’ve now come back a few times for manicures/pedicures with Merlis, who’s absolutely amazing. I’ve recommend her to all my coworkers in the area. She is so sweet, attentive to details, and does a fantastic job. I generally get dazzle polish which lasts almost 2 weeks on my hands and a month on my toes.

12/30/24- After my original review, I was contacted by the store immediately to see how they can fix the situation, and I appreciated the quick response. They offered me a complimentary re-do, which I did today (they even took me in with little notice). Instead of dip, I did a regular manicure with dazzle dry polish, which came out really great (pic). I’ve never done dazzle dry so it’ll be interesting to see how long it lasts.
The nail techs do a very good job of cleaning your nails, which can be hard to find around here. Again, the service all around was great, and I do plan on returning.
12/26/24-Actual service was really good. I got regular dip and the nails looked so go after (pic below) but that was Wednesday Dec. 18th (right before a holiday trip) and 3 days later on the 21st, several nails were peeling and chipped. This was my first time here but got dip plenty of times before and never had chips/peels like this before so not sure if it’s old dip/polish that was used or what but for how much they charge, it was disappointing and frustrating, especially before holidays and a trip
