5 /5 Jim Bravo: GM Auto Tech, I’ve been going to this place for a good while now. They always treat me with professionalism and respect. They are clear about the vehicle’s diagnostic and what it needs, when it needs it. I regularly do my oil change and tire rotation here, and I’m in and out. Not like those chain shops or even car dealers that take over an hour for something so simple. Even when I’ve had a flat tire, I won’t spend more than 30 min here, good work for less time consumption. They are always on point when it comes to a repair estimated work time.

I was a fool going anywhere else because I always have issues with greedy lying autoshops. They took great care of me here and with a great price, they were transparent with me the whole way and offered me the different prices and levels of services for my issue. I cant recommend this place enough. Ask for Carlos!

Brian Jensen: Im writing this today to let you know to never be a first time customer at this shop. I was calling around to get a diagnostic done with someone who specialized in Hondas. they were the cheapest out of the 3 shops i called ($120) i arrived at the shop knowing my car was being dropped off for the next morning since thats what the nice lady told me on the phone. I arrived with an unpleasant greeting of saying i was crazy if i thought i was getting one today. then proceeded to tell me i needed to pay $120 per diagnostic? on my a/c and on my check enginelight. I agreed because i was in need.($240) came out to be ($258) BEFORE taxes. ($276) grand total. just for them to tell me i needed a new raidor fan, change the variable timing solenoid and "new" cadillac converter that could cost from "$500 to a couple grand" when can just use new oxygen sensors. I told him no way im getting the cadillac converter from them Ill look on my own. how much would it be to get the work done?? they hit me with ("$1,800") all the parts i just listed you can go online and buy yourself all OEM and its under ($250)!!!!!! i dont understand where this mickey mouse number of $1800 came from. but no way im paying $1500 for labor. I already feel scammed with the diagnostic. ill take my money elsewhere sir. Its sad im already down and really in need, and theyre trying to get the best of me. shame on them. Dont recommend not trusted.

William Ambros: Angel and his team are the best. I left my car there this morning, they quickly diagnosed the AC issue. With an hour I got a call from them stating that the prior repair shop, who is now out of business, never replace the compressor etc. RM quickly found the part, Angel himself drove to Ft. Lauderdale to get it and finished my repairs the same day. I left the car at 8 am and had it back by 4:30 pm. All the while the office staff worked with my warranty company to assure coverage. THANK YOU.
