1 /5 J H: Im not usually one to leave reviews, but I am really upset. I brought my daughter in today to get her bangs trimmed. Shes almost 2 and at the age where she wont let me put them up, and they tend to just fall over her eyes. The stylist who did her hair used thinning sheers, didnt even ask. I wont even get my own hair cut with thinning sheers. My daughters hair is already thin as it is, so thinning sheers were really not necessary. Her bangs look horrible. I feel like such a terrible mom for even bringing her in. I should have known better than to bring her to a great clips. Maybe ask the childs parent BEFORE you use thinning sheers on their childs already THIN HAIR. This is absolutely awful!

1 /5 Sherry Byrd: Great atmosphere, but the lady that cut my hair did not listen to what I told her I wanted. She was scared that one of the other ladies would check in other clients before she could. She was very distracted the whole time and I said a trim and she took off 4 inches!

Charles E. Apple Jr: I purchased a small used mower from them. They said that they had fixed it for another customer, but that custmer never picked it up. Key phrase, they said that they fixed it. I paid over 100.00 for it. I used it once a week or so later to cut my sisters yard. It cut fine for a few minutes. It then started sputtering and pouring out black smoke. I let it cool down and tried it again. It work ok for a few minutes. But then started sputtering and pouring out black smoke again. I kept letting it cool off so i could try to finish the small yard. I realized that the piston rings were worn out and allowing the oil to leak into the cylinder and burn when the engine got hot. I took the mower back to Hairs. They told me it was an "as is " purchase, which I was not told when I purchased it. They would not refund my purchase price. They neither offered to look at it and fix it to stand by their work and product. So I lost over 100.00 on a bad mower I used once and they would not stand by their work. To me that was almost dishonest the way they handled it. I will never use them again and I dont recommend them to anyone else. They are not customer friendly and do not stand by their work.

Maureen Cribbs: I showed pictures of what I wanted. And in not even one of the pics are the ears showing. My ears are cut around. It’s waaaaay shorter than what I asked for. I won’t be returning. It looks awful. I may have to get a wig. That’s how ridiculously short it is. It’s embarrassing. I’m completely dissatisfied and furious. It’s going to take six months or more for me to be able to do anything with it. In the meantime I have to walk around looking very butch. Not the look I was going for.

The Cutting Edge was recommended by a friend and I made an appointment with Blanca. I only wanted a trim and she did exactly what I asked. Three weeks later I decided I wanted to go much shorter and again Blanca cut as I asked. I really like my cut- a little extreme for me- but I am glad Blanca did such a good job!
