She entered the room, spent 90 seconds listening and then basically shrugged me off and told me to go to the Mayo clinic? She then falsified my chart claiming she referred me for testing which she did not. Absolutely abismal patient service and care. Im glad I found another PCP who listens and acts so I was able to get the needed treatment. I called to speak with one of the administrators and turns out she is one! The office manager was Maddie and when called was equally consider and argumentative. Hard pass.

Premier Community HealthCare, Spring Hill Family Health Center - Spring Hill jennifer: I absolutely love them! Everyone is so nice, the dentist is wonderful, very thorough and patient. I enjoy my visits to the dentist now! It makes a big difference when youre comfortable with everyone, it takes the edge off and calms your nerves for a dental appointment. My daughter comes to this place too and she isnt scared anymore. Sometimes it takes a while to get in, appointments are usually booked far out but if you ask to be put on the cancellation list, they will call you as soon as a spot is open! And I love the portal, easy to book appointments and check in online or text and if I want to speak to anyone, just send a message via portal and Christine always answers super quick. Great dental clinic!!
