5 /5 Jason Baker: I have a 2015 Porsche Panamera GTS. Even though it’s 10 years old, the dealership charges me new rates to repair it. It always seems to break or have something happened to it about every four months. I had a Porsche mechanic take a look at it at his house and he wanted to charge me more than this company, And it would take several weeks to get the parts and do it in his driveway. My air conditioner was dead, and so I was “sweating to death” in my car. I met with the service consultant and they fixed my car within 24 hours parts arrived and all, and it was 200 cheaper than the mechanic. I would highly recommend these people as they are professionals and they are super fast and they have a three year warranty. You get a two-year warranty at the dealership. It’s a no-brainer. My AC is colder than when I bought it new. Thank you so much

5 /5 Frederick: The only place I’ll take my BMW and Audi to. Great care and much less expensive than the dealer. Between the two vehicles, they’ve done brakes for both, valve cover, oil filter housing and front differential on the BMW and general oil changes and scheduled maintenance on both. Very happy to have found them.

I highly recommend to anyone who is new in the area to use this car shop. I have used Gulf coast multiple times and every time has been great. We all know how hard it is to find a reliable and good car shop when going to a new city. Take it from me, with Gulf coast you are in good hands!

3 /5 San Juanita Rodriguez: Service was good. They informed me and gave me detailed information of what was needed for my vehicle. I asked if they had readjusted the headlights, which was one of the problems. Unfortunately while I had to drive close to 1400 miles, I realized they were not adjusted. Had to make my trip in two days due to not having them adjusted. I did not feel safe driving at night with almost 0 visibility. As soon I made it to my home town had to look for someone to adjust the headlights for me. Due to them being closed during the weekend, I will definitely inform them early Monday morning and request for them to pay what I paid for.

From regular maintenance to more complicated issues that arise, they are always thorough and more than happy to explain and make sure I understand everything that is going on. Very courteous and professional, highly recommend you bring your vehicle in if you’re looking for a reliable shop.
