  • American Family Care Pensacola West - Pensacola BeardedRV Tech: No one likes to see the doctor but visiting American Family Care in Pensacola was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was greeted with a smile, a hello and immediately told what I needed to do. Everyone was efficient, professional, and kept me informed. Thank you! They lived up to their mission. Well done team.
Sacred Heart Health System Trauma & Acute Care General Surgery - Pensacola Theresa Mireles: Everything was great except Nurse Cindy had smart ugly comment a couple different times and then Brutally removed my grandsonā€˜s IV tape and IV to the point it made him cry. There was no reason she treated him like that I was shocked my son was very angry and when we said please be a little more gentle, she had the nerve to say, I’ve been doing this for 30 years and she was so ugly and nasty acting. I think she needs to retire because she is old and miserable.
Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola / UF Health Womens Care Center - Pensacola Paige Holdeman: I have had issues with this place from the very beginning. Being new to the area and this being my first pregnancy, I didn’t know where to go/what to do and was referred to you guys through your ER. Every visit and every phone conversation has been nothing but negative. -My very first appointment a student came in with the women I was scheduled with. I was distracted by this women and another doctor while the student did the Pap smear. Never once asked me if it was okay if HE was in the room or could do anything. Never gave permission for this and didn’t realize what had occurred until after the visit out of being super distracted by the other two doctors in the room. -Went to the case worker concerned about this visit and was promised a call back from someone higher up. Never received that phone call. -Multiple appointments have needed to be rescheduled on their behalf due to scheduling errors and/or providers being out of town out of nowhere -Once it came time to do my glucose test, they were back and forth with fasting instructions so when I arrived for my appointment they were unable to do the glucose test. Told me I could still do the bloodwork to check for anemia and that they would be with me after finishing with ONE patient. I waited over 45 minutes and was unable to wait any longer. Front desk could not get any answers for me as to why I was waiting so long. -I had mentioned at my very first appointment that I vaped and would be quitting (asking for advice to quit), all of my records since have indicated we discuss that I vape at every visit since. That is not true since I took their advice and quit right off the bat. So my records look like I’ve been vaping this entire pregnancy and that simply is not okay. -I had never really felt heard by any of the providers as they have a ā€œit’s all goodā€ vibe about all of my concerns. -Whenever I call, the front desk staff are rude and not knowledgeable to anything. I have transferred my care and I highly suggest staying far away from this place. I wish I would have transferred sooner as I am towards the end of my pregnancy.
HCA Florida West Cardiology Specialists - Davis Hwy - Pensacola Michelle Pearson: I’ve been a patient here since 2013 and have never waited an hour for a routine checkup. Poor time management but could hear all the nurse’s having a good time laughing and cutting up. You tell us to be on time or a little early but I guess our time is not valuable and can be seated in a room for an hour past our appointment time. DO BETTER
Escambia County Health Department - Pensacola Chad D: If their ability to answer phone calls is any indication of how they provide service it’s not good. Waited and waited for an answer. Gave up.
Baptist Medical Group Primary Care - Perdido - Pensacola Stephanie Medeiros: Dr. Ellis is amazing! She was patient with me when I had questions abs actively listens so well. I felt more like I was having a conversation with a very good friend! Go see her!
Sacred Heart Medical Group - Pensacola Alyssa Matthews: I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I told these people that I have temporal lobe epilepsy and had not been getting the nutrients my body needs because of the intestinal issues that they found over a month ago and gastro still hadnt gotten back with me to get me in... I told them I needed nutrition because without it I would start seizing.... they left me sitting for 5 hours while everyone else was treated. Eventually I started seeing things that werent there because left temporal lobe seizures cause hallucinations... they kicked me out... for an epileptic rage they caused by refusing to help. I could have sat alone in my house and died of seizures... they never gave us the results of my blood tests, people took blood without gloves and no marked vials.. they even told me that they did not have a patient advocate when I asked for one after 5 hours of sitting without fluids, or nutrition bags while I watched them do the exact thing for everyone else. In the shared room we were packed into. This was a horrendous way to be treated by medical staff who should be training in left temporal lobe seizures... but clearly they cant do that. Do not go here. Oh and Im contacting a lawyer. What they did to me was illegal and they are now charging my insurance for nothing.
Sam AlShurieki, MD - Pensacola Gary Rathman: Dr Sam is a wonderful person! He’s personal and calm and on time!!! I feel incredibly confident in his guidance and expertise.
Ascension Sacred Heart Orthopedics - Pensacola Tonya Martinez: Very good visit with Dr Morrison. He took time to go over all my questions. Looked me in the eye and explained everything. Michele Bates went over all my appointments. Listened to my needs with sincerity. Followed up with me the next day. They make you feel at ease.Dr Morrisons nurse made sure to accommodate the time I needed for my appointment. Best experience at this office
West Florida Medical Group General & Oncology Surgery - Pensacola Elizabeth Rachelle: Dr. Moore, his staff, and WFH were fantastic! Once I got the referral from my primary doctor I was seen at Dr Moores office a week later and scheduled for surgery 4 days later. The morning of surgery I was super nervous! It may have been a small procedure but it was my first so my nerves were on edge! The staff were fantastic. They answered all of my questions and took a couple minutes to calm me down. Everyone genuinely treated me like they cared I was their patient. Dr. Moore came in the morning of surgery to go over everything one last time. He was very friendly yet confident it was going to be a good morning. He even laughed at some of my corny jokes which made me feel a lot better about the procedure. I am 4 days post-op now and healing well. The scars look great and the pain is manageable! I would highly recommend doctor more, his staff, and West Florida Hospital to anyone looking to have a surgical procedure done!!!
