Appointment wasn’t until 1:00 however Kathy was sitting there and said she could take me now. By the time she started the water and sat me in the chair, grabbed the polish and all supplies I started at 12:38. I decided to go with the deluxe pedicure with gel. She asked first if I would like my toenails cut I said not the big toes only my little ones. Before I knew it she cut the big ones into the quick and at a angle with the tool she uses to cut my cuticles back making me bleed. I was to receive a scrub, lotion massage, oil with the hot stones and a hot towel. She failed to rub my legs Legs with lotion instead she put the lotion on the stones and rubbed each led for 1 minute each. She failed to use soap at any point besides a small brush on my toes. Then got the hot towel and I checked out by 1:00 so I was in the chair 22 mins total. Horrible for a $50.00 service to last 22 minutes. Once I called the owner to complain he tried to argue with me over 5 mins however he couldn’t give any excuses on why she cut me or my toes look awful
