5 /5 Henry Hernandez: Niya was a great help with my appointments. She was caring and went out of her way to get me the right appointment for me and my mom. She made my day. She gave me some hope that there are still people that care in this world. Dr. Waldenberger is great as always. Down to earth and goes out of his way to explain everything to me and takes care of my meds right away. The staff is very efficient and get me medication and help when I send them messages through the portal.

1 /5 Charles Owens: Tried to make my mom an appointment she was terrible sick with a rash that is covering her body. They would not see her for 6 weeks. I even asked for any practioner would not make an appointment. I dont know what she is going to do.

5 /5 Wolfnation 200: I have been using this facility for almost 20 years. All of the Staff usually very nice and helpful. I’ve had the same Dr., Andrea Randall, And have seen two Nurse Practitioners during this whole time-love them both, one left the practice and the other is Erin Ayers. Wonderful people!!

1 /5 Beverly James: Im a resident of Tallahassee Fla. In 38 years of advocating for my disabled Downs Syndrome daughter Ive never felt so insignificant and spoken to as if we were of an inferior race not worthy of quality care at a doctors office with the exception of my 3rd follow up visit with Dr. Larson and Staffer, Janeal. My optimism was short lived on 02/05/2024 that she did not submit a prior authorization for a RX for my daughter because and I quote "Its A Waste Of My Time"...and further more Dr. Larson told me to tell you "he will not prescribe anymore RX for your daughter unless you contact her Insurance company to find out what they will approve, then and only then he will gladly write said RX". Thats not a patient responsibility to do!!!! Upon our follow up visit 02/16/2024 to discuss an allergic reaction my daughter encountered I discussed the prior conversation I had with Janael. Dr. Larson confirmed that "Yes he did say exactly what Janael relayed and this is what he tell all his patients because he doesnt have time to spend with insurance companys to find formulas that can be used for approval. Dr. Larson is a prime example of a doctor that is not in practice of quality care of a patient quality of life but a physician that is partnered in running a business by limitation of time to see as many patients a possible for a $$$ not quality of care. May GOD have mercy on his soul. We will no longer continue care here. We are in search of of a New doctor that puts the care of the patient first.
