2 /5 Rose Legros: The receptionist was nice, the nurse was great, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The doctor, however, ruined the experience for me. She was very dismissive and condescending. She acted as if she knew MY body better than I do. Imagine receiving a call a couple of days later with the test results confirming what I had suspected. Although the service was quick, I will not be returning to this location.

1 /5 Tori: How am I gonna call in to see if my insurance is accepted and they’re like you gotta drive all the way here to check for that like what I’m 30 mins away! I’m wheezing and having hard time breathing I’m not driving out of my way for a what if. Very rude and inconsiderate.

3 /5 Kaelyn Denson: I’ll give it 3 stars for the first reason is because of the recieptionist. She was really nice and helpful, but I wasn’t very pleased with the service I needed. Every year around spring time my allergies bother me and my ear get clogged with wax so I go for a cleaning where they do the ear wash and that’s all. The doctor came in and said my ear was ruptured within the first look which I know it wasn’t as I do got to a ear doctor. I just have very thick wax in my left ear. The doctors assistant then came in and began the ear wash. After the first few times of the ear wash, my ear felt COMPLETELY better but the assistant kept going and going and made me my ear feel uncomfortable even more. Even after I mentioned my ear feels better. So at this point I couldn’t barely hear due to the amount of water that was in my ear. My ear was also irritated and scratched after I left the facility

3 /5 Eric Simpson: The receptionist was kind, and the medical assistant who triaged me and gave me my shot was also super nice and patient about my medical anxiety, especially around needles. Location is also convenient. The nurse practitioner was kind of unpleasant and both me and my wife agreed it seemed like she was scolding me, which kind of surprised me because usually nurse practitioners are at least kind like nurses. She had to call a physician about my pretty simple problem anyway.

Dr. Sandya Jiandani - Tallahassee The Clarksons: More on this later. In 2 years the care Dr J has provided is great. Just don’t expect to EVER get a referral or prescription. Again this has been ongoing for over 2 years. The below are just a couple of examples of what I am speaking about. September 23 we took a trip to Alaska. I got really bad COVID. I called the office, left messages, expressed urgency, and repeated this numerous times. I used their portal to report the same asking for Paxlovid, relaying where we would be, and giving two phone numbers to reach me. Never responded. Thought I would die. January of this year I was about out of medication for gout. Over the course of 2 weeks between Publix and I we contacted them over a dozen times. Nothing. Finally after being told I could go pick it up, and not being so, I got a message from an admin that said “I sent it” The next day I went and got it. This week I needed another RX. Called it in to Publix. Checked the next day NOTHING. Called the doctor. They sent a note to the medical team. Today nothing. I called Jiandani again. The lady was great. Said she would send it with urgency. I called and complained to TMH. They got on it. The RX got sent in. I got an unbelievable response from Mary Dixon in the docs admin group. “First, we have not received an electronic request of any sort from Publix about your Doxepin. Secondly, according to our records, you shouldnt need a refill until March 11, 2025….” How does that help and what am I supposed to do about it. That is between the doctor and Publix. I literal can do nothing about that. Might have made her feel good but come on. Tomorrow will be an interesting day. Again care is great. Admin is beyond awful.

James C. Parker, MD - Tallahassee Damita Nix: I waited 10 years for a doctor to say okay lets get the proper testing done and then well get a surgery date set. Dr. Parker was that surgeon for me. A couple of days after testing results. my surgery was a success. I can now bend down with out experiencing pain. Thanks Dr. Parker and Staff for doing as I asked as the patient and what you wanted as the Dr. I will be suggesting others to reach out to you all. Believe it!! Thanks again.

Calhoun Liberty Hospital: Emergency Room - Blountstown Jason Miller: I had to go to the blountstown ER today . Thay treated me like I was somebody and not just a number. Thay answer all my questions and Thay explain in detail what was going on with me . Thay were all professionals and Thay are very good at what Thay do . All smileley faces and very respectful. Yall are awesome thank you

Bristol Dental Clinic - Bristol Debbie: Very efficient, was actually a pleasure Togo to a dentist. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The lady that was with me when I went to the back was so very kind, and if 10 is the highest score then she would get a 20. Above and beyond, she was great, as was my Denist. I had a tooth pulled and had no pain at all. A great place to go. .

Grey to Glory Home Health - Bristol Meghan Wilkey: Whitney and her staff have been amazing in my husband’s home health care. Whitney takes time to not only take care of nursing responsibilities, but provided education, management, and coordination of my husband’s complex medical care. She and her staff communicate regularly, are efficient, caring, and professional. I highly recommend her services!

Greenbrook Medical - Hudson Barbara Witherup: This doctors office is amazing, kind,knowledgeable, and human. I was treated with kindness and patience The first office that did all my lab work, ekg, and lung test at the office You only need to call their office if you have after hours problems, you can even walk in during normal business hours. For the first time since Ive moved to Florida I fill at home here I highly recommend this practice even though I transplanted here from Pittsburgh where we had marvelous University Hospitals.

Farideh A. Zadeh, MD - Lake Mary Mark L.: I waited 3-4 weeks as a new patient to see Dr. Zadeh. She entered the room, spent 90 seconds listening and then basically shrugged me off and told me to go to the Mayo clinic? She then falsified my chart claiming she referred me for testing which she did not. Absolutely abismal patient service and care. Im glad I found another PCP who listens and acts so I was able to get the needed treatment. I called to speak with one of the administrators and turns out she is one! The office manager was Maddie and when called was equally consider and argumentative. Hard pass.
